The individual approach takes into account your particular situation and the support you need.

  • Step 1: Healing from your past (psycho-bodily approach)
    • Take stock of your past and define what you no longer want
    • De-program your past wounds at the physical level
    • Get rid of the emotional overflow in order to start over again

    • Re-learn to love yourself and put yourself first in your life

    • Transcend your fears and take action for your happiness

Time investment

    • 1 90 minutes Skype session to define goals and to identify your self-saboteurs
    • day in Zurich to work on your past
    • 2 sessions of 45 minutes of Thai belly massage to eliminate the accumulated overflow of emotions*.
    • 6 45 minutes Skype sessions to help you improve your relationship with yourself and others in total autonomy

"The body-work makes the difference"

I had been emotionally dependent for years and when I met Sandy, I was overwhelmed by my emotions and completely devastated after he left me.

I followed her coaching support for 3 months. The psycho-body approach has brought out my old emotions that have been buried within me for so many years. And it allowed me to make giant steps !

Today, I have regained my self-confidence, I consider myself again, I feel strong and confident. I am open to a new relationship and I am sure that somewhere along the way I will meet the person who suits me and needs me.

How does coaching with me
look like?

Questionnaire

Before the first interview I will ask you to fill in a questionnaire by hand (no computer) to have more time to talk about your topic. The first interview is used to make a first assessment, identify the aspects of your life that make you happy and those that block and also to know how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally.

First Meeting

Through questions (sometimes, not always, the ones you like), I will explore some points to get a first idea of the underlying theme.

We will then define together the objective and modalities of the coaching (spacing of the sessions, via Skype or WhatsApp).

The Past

Our present difficulties are often the result of past events. Freeing yourself from your past is an important step in moving forward. For that I use a psycho-corporeal therapy called Etiopsychologie®. Every significant event in our lives is recorded in our body. These events leave their mark on our organs and are regularly reactivated when we experience a situation similar to the initial event. Over time, our reactions increase: a slight fear at first can become a deep anxiety a few years later.

After that

The following coaching sessions will combine dialogue sessions with more «technical» sessions to allow you to improve your relationship with yourself and others in total autonomy.

Crisis

to Love

You are going through a separation or even a divorce; children can be involved and you would like to be able to remain strong in order to help them get through this phase as smoothly as possible. Yet, you are at the end of your rope and don’t know how to go through it.

This one-year accompaniment will first help you overcome the crisis mentally, emotionally and physically; mourn your relationship and finally consider rebuilding and opening yourself up to Love again.

Each crisis situation being different, the duration of the 3 phases will be adapted to individual needs.

  • Step 1: Overcoming the crisis
    Provide mental and emotional support to get through this difficult period with:
    • 1 Thai belly massage every 2 weeks*
    • 1 individual coaching session via Skype every 2 weeks
    • Personalized Bach flower mixes
    • Support via WhatsApp or email

  • Step 2: Grieve the relationship
    When the crisis is over, it is possible to make the first conclusions on the relationship that has just ended and to let it go. It is a very important step to draw a definite line and to give another relationship the opportunity to start/take place:
    • 1 individual coaching session via Skype every 2 weeks
    • Participation to the 3 days retreat ‚Emotional Detox‘.
  • Step 3: Rebuild your future love life
    When grief is accepted, it is important to define what you want in Love, to change your patterns and to learn the tools to carry out your relationship and the inevitable crises:
    • 1 90-minutes Skpye session for Review of what you don’t want in Love and identification of self-saboteurs
    • 1 day in an individual session with me to heal from your love patterns.
    • 1 individual coaching session via Skype every 15 days

"Overcoming a crisis"

I followed Sandy’s individual coaching because I wanted to learn how to manage my emotions, especially in case of conflict, and regain my self-confidence. 

Going through a difficult time in my relationship, I sought advice from Sandy because I was looking for a less traditional solution to address my problems.

Following her 3-month coaching I clearly saw a change in the way I reacted. I don’t get angry like I used to. Thanks to its tools, I learned to put into perspective the events over which I had no control and refocus on my needs.

I have also learned a lot about gender relations, which is already bearing fruit.
