123. Mayana Yoga: Yoga Routine and Nervous System
Over the course of the 600 people I’ve accompanied in coaching, I’ve received a lot of comments from people who tell me they know yoga is great for regulating their nervous system, but they can’t manage to do yoga, it’s too calm for them, they can’t sit still, or they don’t feel it’s having any effect on them, or they feel it’s not helping, quite the opposite.
In episode 123 of S’ouvrir à l’amour I have the honor of welcoming Mayana Duhau of Mayana Yoga, who is a yoga teacher and formerly a nurse working in trauma care. I asked her for her advice on creating a nervous-system-friendly yoga routine.
You can find Mayana on her instagram and on her website where she offers a program to help you create your own yoga routine.
