Flavia's Love Story : overcoming insecurity in relationships

In episode 80 of S’ouvrir à l’amour I share the inspiring story of Flavia, who is in a relationship and joined the coaching because she felt many insecurities.

She followed my coaching program Opening up to love, the fruit of 8 years of practice.

She tells us:

❤️How the coaching allowed her to understand the origin of her insecurities (and it’s not just the other person), clarify her current relationship and open the dialogue about their expectations in the relationship and life plans

❤️ What she liked about the holistic aspect of the program (body and mind, past and putting into practice)

❤️ Her realization of the love patterns she kept repeating, in particular the impact of her little brother’s death on her love life

❤️ Her experience of the psycho-corporal approach

❤️ How much, for her, group coaching is a real added value.

❤️ How the coaching reconciled her with her uncomfortable emotions

❤️ What the coaching gave her, notably in her legitimacy to take her place in the couple, to feel safe in her relationship and also in her relationship with herself

Going further

If you want to explore the topic further and identify your own love patterns, you have my book S’ouvrir à l’amour available in all bookstores.

And if you want to work on your love patterns through the body and transform your love life, you have the program Opening up to love. You can take the Day of the Past option, a day of Somatic Deprogramming: a psycho-corporal practice to deprogram the automatic patterns of the nervous system and reprogram new relational reflexes.
