Tu as besoin d&rsquo;apprendre les <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/comment-arreter-de-castrer-un-homme\/\">bases de la communication en couple<\/a> ou tout simplement de reprendre confiance en l&rsquo;amour durable.<\/p>\n<p>Ici un lovecoach peut t&rsquo;aider apprendre les bases de communication dans le couple et \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir de tes blessures vis-\u00e0-vis de l&rsquo;amour.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tu id\u00e9alises trop le mod\u00e8le de tes parents<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;effet inverse est aussi possible: tes parents \u00e9taient devant toi en apparence heureux ensemble, complices, ils t&rsquo;ont cach\u00e9 la majorit\u00e9 de leurs difficult\u00e9s en couple ou de leur conflits. Tu penses que le mod\u00e8le de tes parents refl\u00e8te la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et tu pars d\u00e8s que tu as une <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/le-secret-des-couples-qui-durent\/\">crise dans ton couple<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ici un coach en Amour pourrait t&rsquo;aider \u00e0 te d\u00e9faire de cet id\u00e9al, \u00e0 comprendre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 et la beaut\u00e9) des crises et \u00e0 te rassurer que tout couple traverse plusieurs crises, que c&rsquo;est totalement normal. Un coach peux \u00e9galement te transmettre des outils pour t&rsquo;aider \u00e0 surmonter au mieux les crises \u00e0 deux.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tu as des difficult\u00e9s relationnelles avec l&rsquo;un de tes parents<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tes parents sont tes premiers amours. Si tu as une relation difficile avec ton p\u00e8re ou ta m\u00e8re, alors cela a tr\u00e8s certainement un impact sur tes <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/quest-ce-quun-schema-amoureux\/\">sch\u00e9mas amoureux<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ici un coach en relations amoureuses pourra t&rsquo;aider \u00e0 comprendre la relation entre les difficult\u00e9s que tu rencontres avec tes parents et celle que tu rencontres das ton couple.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tu ne sais pas pourquoi tu r\u00e9p\u00e8tes les m\u00eames sch\u00e9mas amoureux<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tu as eu une enfance plut\u00f4t heureuse et tu ne sais pas pourquoi tu r\u00e9p\u00e8tes les m\u00eames sch\u00e9mas amoureux.<\/p>\n<p>Ici le coach t&rsquo;aidera \u00e0 te poser les bonnes questions pour identifier et \u00e9galement changer tes sch\u00e9mas amoureux, parce que tu ne sais pas forc\u00e9ment clairement quelle partie de ton pass\u00e9 est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de ce sch\u00e9ma.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tu es attir\u00e9e par les \u201cmauvaises \u201cpersonnes<\/em><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si je pense qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de mauvaises rencontres, seulement des <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/comment-un-homme-tombe-amoureux\/\">rencontres<\/a> qui t&rsquo;aident \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir des blessures de ton pass\u00e9, un coach pour couple va te permettre de comprendre pourquoi tu es attir\u00e9e par ces personnes et quelles sont les blessures qui sont \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir.<\/p>\n<p>NB: Quand tu auras gu\u00e9ri tes blessures, tu seras automatiquement attir\u00e9e par des personnes qui te sont plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques en amour.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tu n&rsquo;arrives pas \u00e0 tourner la page d&rsquo;une relation<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Quand une <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/comment-faire-le-deuil-dune-relation-amoureuse\/\">relation se termine<\/a>, on se rattache parfois aux bons souvenirs, \u00e0 l&rsquo;illusion que si le timing \u00e9tait diff\u00e9rent la relation aurait pu marcher. Autant il est bon de rester positif de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, autant il est important de faire face \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;arr\u00eater \u00e0 se raccrocher \u00e0 des r\u00eaves ou \u00e0 une hypoth\u00e8se que cet amour aurait pu marcher, bref, de vraiment faire son processus de deuil si tu veux laisser la place \u00e0 un nouvel amour dans ta vie.<\/p>\n<p>Ici le coach aura une vision plus objective de la situation et t&rsquo;aidera par le biais de questions \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pour que tu puisses vraiment tourner la page.<\/p>\n<p>Et enfin il n&rsquo;y a pas de mal \u00e0 se faire aider dans une situation de vie o\u00f9 on ne voit pas forc\u00e9ment les solutions. Il est souvent plus admis de se faire aider si on manque d\u2019une comp\u00e9tence dans le domaine professionnel ou sportif.
