Pas de nouvelles apr\u00e8s quelques chats\nSur les applications de rencontre, l\u2019implication d\u2019une personne est moindre et l\u2019utilisation des sites de rencontre peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme un passe-temps. Tant qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas eu de rencontres, cela ne veut donc rien dire. Je d\u00e9taillerai ce point dans l\u2019\u00e9pisode 34.\n2. Plus de nouvelles apr\u00e8s quelques dates\n\u00c0 ce stade, il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus d\u2019investissement de la part de chaque partenaire et c\u2019est normal de le vivre plus difficilement. Pourtant la phase des premiers 3-4 dates est aussi une phase de choix (voir l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/6-les-6-stades-dune-relation-amoureuse\/\">\u00e9pisode 6 sur les 6 stades d\u2019une relation amoureuse) o\u00f9 tu<\/a> commences \u00e0 conna\u00eetre la personne. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, le ghosting peut signifier plusieurs choses:\n\u2022 La personne ne veut\/peut pas vraiment \u00eatre en relation\n\u2022 La personne a choisi quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre\n\u2022 Tu ne lui corresponds pas et la personne n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 le dire\n\n3. Plus de nouvelles apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9but\u00e9 une relation\nQuand le ghosting arrive \u00e0 ce stade de la relation, cela peut signaler des peurs qui rejaillissent chez l\u2019autre partenaire en lien avec l\u2019attachement ou bien que la personne se rend compte d\u2019une incompatibilit\u00e9 et n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 le communiquer.\nTu vois qu\u2019en ayant une r\u00e9ponse de sa part ou pas, cela ne change pas l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des nons. C\u2019est la fameuse m\u00e9thode \u201cChoose again\u201d de Gabby Bernstein.<br \/>Par exemple, si tu te dis \u00ab Il m\u2019a ghost\u00e9e parce que j\u2019ai d\u00fb faire quelque chose de faux\/je suis pas assez bien \u00bb<br \/>Tu peux penser \u00ab Le fait qu\u2019il me ghoste en dit plus sur lui que sur moi. \u00bb<br \/>Ou \u00ab Chaque ghosting m\u2019\u00e9vite de perdre mon temps et me rapproche du bon partenaire pour moi \u00bb.<br \/>Et si tu ne me crois pas, pose-toi la question \u00ab Comment cela se fait que d\u2019autres personnes ne ressentent rien face au ghosting? \u00bb C\u2019est tout simplement qu\u2019elles ne prennent le ghosting pas personnellement mais le prennent plus comme une information sur la personne qui se comporte comme cela.<\/p><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reprends_ton_pouvoir\"><\/span>Reprends ton pouvoir<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>S\u2019il ne te donne pas de r\u00e9ponse, tu peux aussi donner la tienne en r\u00e9action face au ghosting.<br \/>Souhaites-tu \u00eatre avec quelqu\u2019un qui agit de la sorte?<br \/>Si non, exprime-le:<br \/>\u2022 En envoyant un message, si tu le peux et ressens le besoin<br \/>\u2022 En le disant \u00e0 haute voix ou en \u00e9crivant une lettre si tu ne peux pas faire autrement ou n\u2019as pas envie d\u2019\u00e9crire \u00e0 la personne<br \/>En faisant ainsi, tu reprends symboliquement ton pouvoir sur la situation et peux ainsi commencer ton processus de deuil.<br \/>Tu ne peux pas contr\u00f4ler le fait que quelqu\u2019un te ghoste ou pas, mais tu peux contr\u00f4ler<br \/>\u2022 Comment tu souhaites r\u00e9agir face au ghosting<br \/>\u2022 De ne pas laisser ce ghosting impacter ta recherche de partenaire.<\/p><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"i\"><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cette_surreaction_narrive_pas_par_hasard\"><\/span>Cette surr\u00e9action n\u2019arrive pas par hasard<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Si tu sens que chaque ghosting ou simplement le fait que ton partenaire tarde \u00e0 te r\u00e9pondre te fais sur-r\u00e9agir, cela veut simplement dire que cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement r\u00e9active une blessure du pass\u00e9 en lien avec l\u2019inconnu ou le non-contr\u00f4le.<br \/>De mon exp\u00e9rience avec les personnes que j\u2019ai accompagn\u00e9es, les personnes particuli\u00e8rement sensibles au ghosting ont exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 des situations ins\u00e9curisantes dans leur pass\u00e9 ou se sont senties en danger face \u00e0 l\u2019inconnu (accident, choc), face \u00e0 la mort (d\u00e9c\u00e8s soudain, une naissance difficile) ou face \u00e0 la maladie (tes maladies ou celles de proches), ce qui fait qu\u2019elles ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une m\u00e9fiance face \u00e0 ce que qu\u2019elles ne peuvent pas ma\u00eetriser et se sentent constamment menac\u00e9es par la vie.<br \/>Le corps est comme en alarme constante et il n\u2019arrive pas vraiment \u00e0 se relaxer.<br \/>Pour te lib\u00e9rer de ce sentiment d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, il y a 3 \u00e9tapes:<br \/>\u2022 Comprendre l\u2019origine de cette ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u00e9programmer ce m\u00e9canisme de protection face \u00e0 l\u2019inconnu<br \/>\u2022 Faire sortir le corps de cet \u00e9tat d\u2019alarme constant en \u00e9liminant le surplus \u00e9motionnel stock\u00e9 dans le corps suite \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, afin que le corps retrouve son \u00e9tat de relaxation naturel.<br \/>\u2022 Reprendre ton pouvoir face au ghosting en changeant la signification que tu lui donnes et l\u2019impact qu\u2019il a dans
