notre partenaire nous a trahi ou tromp\u00e9, il peut \u00eatre difficile de refaire confiance aux hommes, par peur de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter son histoire.<\/p>\n<p>Pour refaire confiance aux hommes, tu as besoin de savoir que ton nouveau partenaire va se comporter diff\u00e9remment ou est diff\u00e9rent de tes anciens partenaires.<\/p>\n<p>Et c\u2019est justement l\u00e0 le truc qu\u2019il dit) que tu vas savoir si tu peux lui faire confiance ou pas et si <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/5-signes-quun-homme-ne-sinteresse-pas-a-toi\/\">il est int\u00e9ress\u00e9<\/a> : est-ce qu&rsquo;il <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/il-ne-repond-pas-a-mon-sms\/\">r\u00e9pond \u00e0 tes sms<\/a> rapidement? est-ce qu\u2019il fait ce \u00e0 quoi il s\u2019engage ? T\u2019int\u00e8gre-t\u2019il dans sa vie ? Est-il transparent avec toi sur ses intentions avec toi ? Connais-tu les personnes qu\u2019il fr\u00e9quente ?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition d\u2019actions positives et s\u00e9curisantes de sa part qui va t\u2019aider \u00e0 avoir confiance en lui.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tu_peux_meme_en_parler_ouvertement_a_ton_partenaire\"><\/span>Tu peux m\u00eame en parler ouvertement \u00e0 ton partenaire.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Sans m\u00eame passer pour une <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/pourquoi-les-hommes-preferent-les-chiantes\/\">chiante<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Car le but des hommes est de rendre leur femme heureuse.<\/p>\n<p>Je prends mon exemple personnel :<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 7 ans de d\u00e9boires amoureux o\u00f9 mes partenaires finissaient par me tromper, j\u2019ai expliqu\u00e9 ma difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 faire confiance aux hommes \u00e0 mon nouveau partenaire (qui est devenu par la suite mon mari) et je lui ai exprim\u00e9 que j\u2019avais besoin de son aide pour me sentir rassur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Il a sans probl\u00e8me accept\u00e9 que j\u2019acc\u00e8de \u00e0 son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou son ordinateur librement et aussi souvent que je le voulais. J\u2019avais m\u00eame ses mots de passe.<\/p>\n<p>Sa totale transparence et le fait de voir qu\u2019il s\u2019engage pour notre relation ont compl\u00e8tement fait dispara\u00eetre mon manque de confiance.<\/p>\n<p>Et maintenant je n\u2019\u00e9prouve plus le besoin de fouiller et je ne suis plus <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/comment-arreter-detre-jalouse\/\">jalouse<\/a> class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si tu attires des hommes qui trahissent notre confiance, c\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 de ta vie tu t\u2019es sentie trahie par ton p\u00e8re ou ta m\u00e8re et que depuis tu as pens\u00e9 que c\u2019est la seule mani\u00e8re que tu m\u00e9rites pour \u00eatre aim\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pas besoin d\u2019avoir v\u00e9cu une enfance difficile pour enregistrer ce genre de sch\u00e9ma dans notre inconscient.<\/p>\n<p>Comment un sch\u00e9ma se cr\u00e9e dans ton inconscient
