(Voir l&rsquo;\u00e9pisode 12 sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/responsabilite-emotionnelle\/\">responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle<\/a>.)<\/li><li>Te faire <b>agir s\u00e8chement<\/b> quand rien de sp\u00e9cial ne se passe. (Voir mon article sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/comment-arreter-de-castrer-un-homme\/\">diff\u00e9rentes formes de castration.<\/a>)<\/li><li>Te faire prendre une forme de <b>revanche<\/b> quand l&rsquo;autre exprime un besoin envers toi<\/li><li>Faire <b>escalader le conflit<\/b>, par exemple en impliquant des tierces personnes dans le conflit.<\/li><\/ul><p>Cette mani\u00e8re de fonctionner a non seulement pour effet d\u2019envenimer la relation, mais en plus elle est contre-productive pour le probl\u00e8me de fond que tu veux adresser.<\/p><p>En faisant cela, l&rsquo;autre se sent agress\u00e9 et tu perds de la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 sur ton probl\u00e8me de fond.<\/p><p>Pour arriver \u00e0 mettre en place une communication qui v\u00e9hicule ton message efficacement, il est important de prendre la responsabilit\u00e9 de tes \u00e9motions en travaillant sur ton ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9motionnelle (\u00e9pisode 12). Ces qualit\u00e9s sont essentielles pour une <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/le-secret-des-couples-qui-durent\/\">vie de couple \u00e9panouie<\/a> et c\u2019est la raison pour laquelle l&rsquo;autre par exemple:<\/span><\/div><div><ul style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: 'Noto Sans', Arial; font-size: 30px; font-style: normal;\"><li style=\"font-size: 30px;\"><b>Verbal<\/b>. Comment est le ton de ta voix? Est-ce que tu utilises le tu qui tue ? Est-ce que tu formules ce que tu veux ou des reproches sans solution? Est-ce que tu communiques ton ressenti ou ta part de torts?<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 30px;\"><b>Non-Verbal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Quel est ta position corporelle ? Quelle est l&rsquo;expression de ton visage? Cherches tu le contact ou \u00e9vites tu le contact de l&rsquo;autre ? Quel est l&rsquo;effet de ta posture chez l&rsquo;autre?\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 30px;\"><b>Structurel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Est-ce que vous \u00eates tous les deux pr\u00eats \u00e0 discuter du conflit ou est-ce que tu lui coures apr\u00e8s? Est-ce que tu as besoin de partir quand le conflit arrive?<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 30px;\"><b>Social<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Est-ce que tu parles de ton conflit \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres personnes que la personne impliqu\u00e9e? Comment l&rsquo;autre personne se sent-elle vis \u00e0 vis de cela? Ou au contraire \u00e9vites-tu de parler du sujet en \u00e9vitant de se retrouver avec l&rsquo;autre par exemple en faisant plus d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s avec des amis&#8230;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 30px;\"><b>Dynamique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Es-tu dans une dynamique chaud bouillante (le probl\u00e8me doit \u00eatre r\u00e9solu maintenant) , ti\u00e8de ( \u00e7a m&#8217;emb\u00eate mais je donne tu temps) ou froide ( je ne vois pas le probl\u00e8me, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;autre le probl\u00e8me).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas forc\u00e9ment une bonne ou une mauvaise mani\u00e8re de faire mais plus une mani\u00e8re qui sert ou dessert \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution du conflit.<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-749e97a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"749e97a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><style>\n    h2 {color: #d13523;<br \/>font-size: 34px;}<br \/>  <\/style><\/div><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"i-2\"><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Noublie_pas_dadresser_le_fond\"><\/span><strong>N&rsquo;oublie pas d&rsquo;adresser le fond<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Car c&rsquo;est finalement le fond qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re cette frustration permanente.<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est pour cela que c&rsquo;est important d&rsquo;adresser le fond en ayant une conversation difficile.<\/p><p>Pour mener cette discussion \u00e0 bien, <b>pense \u00e0 te pr\u00e9parer<\/b>: fais une liste des faits plus que de ton opinion personnelle, liste les arguments que tu as, en imaginant les possibles contre-arguments de l&rsquo;autre et comment tu souhaites y r\u00e9pondre. Enfin, dis clairement ce qui est non n\u00e9gociable pour toi et ce qui est discutable. Tu peux \u00e9galement faire cette discussion face \u00e0 un miroir pour trouver les bons mots et calmer ton anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 face \u00e0 cette discussion. Tu verras, ce sera ensuite plus facile devant la personne en face.<\/p><p>Savoir faire tes demandes et bien g\u00e9rer le conflit de mani\u00e8re bienveillante, ce sont d\u2019autres qualit\u00e9s essentielles pour \u00eatre heureuse en couple sans s\u2019oublier et sont parties int\u00e9grantes du programme <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/souvriralamour\/\">S\u2019ouvrir \u00e0
