relation\u201d<\/p><p>\u201cIl a besoin de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, il est perdu\u201d<\/p><p>Tout le monde a un bagage pass\u00e9 plus ou moins douloureux.<\/p><p>Tu veux te montrer compr\u00e9hensible class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Ce genre de phrases arrive souvent apr\u00e8s quelques dates, quand une personne \u00e9met l&rsquo;envie de se voir et ou de se t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et que l&rsquo;autre n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00eat \u00e0 le faire.<\/p><p>La phrase affirme ce que l&rsquo;autre est pr\u00eat \u00e0 donner ou pas, sans \u00eatre tr\u00e8s clair sur ce que cela signifie concr\u00e8tement sur la relation: va-t-il quand m\u00eame faire l&rsquo;effort ou bien c&rsquo;est \u00e0 prendre ou \u00e0 laisser?<\/p><p>Ce qui compte dans ce cas ce n&rsquo;est pas vraiment ce qui est dit mais ta r\u00e9action par rapport \u00e0 cette affirmation. Car si tu te montres compr\u00e9hensive, que tu lui donnes plus de temps sans parler de tes besoins, alors que tu souhaites autre chose, tu acceptes implicitement les nouveaux \u201ctermes\u201d de cette relation qui montrent qu\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/5-signes-quun-homme-ne-sinteresse-pas-a-toi\/\">il n\u2019est pas vraiment int\u00e9ress\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6eaaa42d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6eaaa42d\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4104d6b9\" data-id=\"4104d6b9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5abb3fb7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5abb3fb7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><style>\n    h2 {color: #d13523;<br \/>font-size: 34px;}<br \/>  <\/style><\/div><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cas_2_Cest_une_vraie_peur_quil_peut_surmonter\"><\/span>Cas 2 <strong>C&rsquo;est une vraie peur qu&rsquo;il peut surmonter<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Il se peut aussi que ce soit une vraie peur de sa part \u00e0 cause de ses exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es.<\/p><p>La diff\u00e9rence avec le cas pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent va r\u00e9sider dans le fait qu&rsquo;il va communiquer sa peur MAIS quand m\u00eame montrer son engagement envers toi, par exemple en continuant de te voir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, en officialisant la relation&#8230; ET aussi en consid\u00e9rant tes besoins qui sont diff\u00e9rents du sien (timing ou d\u00e9sir d\u2019enfant ou autre).<\/p><p>Dans ce cas dialoguer \u00e0 c\u0153ur ouvert et avec bienveillance peut vous aider \u00e0 ce que vous trouviez une solution commune positive pour chacun.<\/p><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cas_3_Cest_une_peur_qui_le_rend_indisponible_pour_une_relation\"><\/span>Cas 3 <strong>C&rsquo;est une peur qui le rend indisponible pour une relation<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Il peut enfin avoir cette peur et cette peur fait qu&rsquo;il ne peut pas\/il ne veut pas s&rsquo;engager dans une relation.<\/p><p>Ce cas de figure apporte souvent des comportements contradictoires, tant\u00f4t montrant un int\u00e9r\u00eat, tant\u00f4t repoussant la relation. C\u2019est le cas de figure le plus difficile \u00e0 vivre car les signaux envoy\u00e9s ne sont pas clairs.<\/p><p>Dans ce cas, adapter ton timing au sien ne va pas l&rsquo;aider \u00e0 changer d&rsquo;avis. La seule solution est de suivre ton timing personnel et de respecter que l&rsquo;autre ait un timing diff\u00e9rent.<\/p><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_solution_rester_alignee_avec_ton_propre_timing\"><\/span>La solution: <strong>rester align\u00e9e avec ton propre timing<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Tu as pu remarquer que la solution \u00e0 tous ces cas de figure se r\u00e9sume \u00e0 ton alignement, \u00e0 ton positionnement, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire sur la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 exprimer clairement ce que tu souhaites de la relation, tes attentes et ton timing personnel.<\/p><p>Plus tu seras claire, plus tu le communiqueras clairement, plus ton partenaire sera oblig\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre clair et tu pourras ainsi plus facilement faire la diff\u00e9rence entre les 3 cas.
