Tu fais le dos rond.<\/li><li>Si on t&rsquo;attaque ou te reproche quelque chose, tu te bl\u00e2mes automatiquement et tu te sens responsable sans remettre en cause le jugement de l\u2019autre.<\/li><li>Tu te manques de respect envers toi-m\u00eame. Tu t\u2019auto-d\u00e9nigres, te rabaisses et te bl\u00e2mes facilement.<\/li><li>Tu prends peu soin de toi, de ton corps, de ton apparence.<\/li><li>Tu compenses et te r\u00e9compenses facilement avec la nourriture.<\/li><li>Tu as du mal \u00e0 t&rsquo;acheter des choses de valeur, car tu penses que tu ne le m\u00e9rites pas<\/li><li>Tu acceptes dans la sexualit\u00e9 des choses que tu ne souhaites pas faire pour plaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre.<\/li><li>Tu peux m\u00eame penser que c&rsquo;est ta faute si tu t&rsquo;attires des situations de harc\u00e8lement, d&rsquo;attouchement.\u00a0<\/li><li>Tu peux \u00eatre honteuse d&rsquo;essayer certaines choses dans la sexualit\u00e9: fellation, masturbation\u2026<\/li><li>Tu \u00e9prouves de la honte et de la culpabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 te faire plaisir.<\/li><li>Tu fais passer les obligations et les autres avant toi.\u00a0Cela peut s&rsquo;apparenter \u00e0 la servitude.<\/li><li>Tu en fais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement trop: trop aider, trop travailler, trop gentille&#8230;<\/li><li>Tu ne te sens pas digne d&rsquo;\u00eatre aim\u00e9e<\/li><li>Tu as peur de perdre ta libert\u00e9 et quand tu as cette libert\u00e9, tu as peur de ne pas arriver \u00e0 te contr\u00f4ler.<\/li><\/ul><p>Une simple blessure peut impacter sous de nombreuses formes ta vie amoureuse.\u00a0C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape dans mes coachings est de faire un bilan pour identifier les blessures qui te bloquent en amour notamment avec le programme <a
