Ou tu n&rsquo;oses pas aller vers les partenaires qui te plaisent vraiment ou encore cela t&#8217;emp\u00eache de faire tes demandes par peur de te tromper.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Tu contr\u00f4les au maximum tes agissements et tu vas au-del\u00e0 de tes propres limites pour para\u00eetre parfaite. Tu es facilement sujette au burn-out.<\/li>\n<li>Tu as du mal \u00e0 te laisser aimer et \u00e0 t&rsquo;ouvrir \u00e0 l&rsquo;amour<\/li>\n<li>Tu peux parfois para\u00eetre froide et tu as du mal \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer ton amour<\/li>\n<li>Tu peux avoir le sentiment d&rsquo;avoir loup\u00e9 de belles histoires d&rsquo;amour\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Tu peux te fermer \u00e0 la tendresse, aux c\u00e2lins, au toucher de l&rsquo;autre et avoir du mal \u00e0 te laisser aller sexuellement<\/li>\n<li>Tu te sens rigide soit parce qu&rsquo;il t\u2019est difficile de t\u2019adapter \u00e0 la vie \u00e0 deux, soit parce que ton partenaire n&rsquo;agit pas comme tu le souhaites. Tu aimerais \u00eatre plus relax sur \u00e7a.<\/li>\n<li>Tu te compares sans cesse aux autres et trouves injuste la facilit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils ont dans leur vie amoureuse par rapport \u00e0 toi.<\/li>\n<li>Tu as du mal \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions en amour, comme par exemple choisir si ton partenaire actuel est le bon pour toi ou non, par peur de te tromper.<\/li>\n<li>La col\u00e8re et la honte ce sont des \u00e9motions courantes que tu ressens d\u00e8s que ton niveau de perfection n&rsquo;est pas atteint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une simple blessure peut impacter sous de nombreuses formes ta vie amoureuse.\u00a0C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape dans mes coachings et de faire un bilan pour identifier les blessures qui te bloquent en amour l&rsquo;injustice, il y a pour moi deux \u00e9tapes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Comprendre d&rsquo;o\u00f9 vient cette blessure de l&rsquo;injustice dans ton pass\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9programmer cette \u00eatre moins dure envers toi-m\u00eame.<\/p><p>Cela te demandera aussi de renforcer des comportements qui te sont plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques, <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/les-differentes-phases-dun-changement\/\">en apprenant<\/a> que pour \u00eatre aim\u00e9e cela commence par \u00eatre douce avec toi-m\u00eame et te donner le droit d\u2019\u00eatre vuln\u00e9rable.<\/p><p>Il faudra aussi apprendre \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier tes imperfections et \u00e0 croire que tu peux \u00eatre aim\u00e9e pour celles-ci.<\/p><p>Si tu
