Tu peux avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victime d\u2019attouchements ou de <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/limpact-dun-viol-ou-dattouchements-sur-les-relations-amoureuses\/\">viols<\/a>.<\/li><li>\u00a0Tu as du mal \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise,\u00a0voire d\u00e9veloppes un c\u00f4t\u00e9 obsessionnel.<\/li><\/ul><p>Une simple blessure peut impacter sous de nombreuses formes ta vie amoureuse. C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape dans mes coachings est de faire un bilan pour identifier les blessures qui te bloquent en amour, notamment avec le programme class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Gu\u00e9rir la blessure de la trahison te permettra de r\u00e9agir moins \u00e9motionnellement face \u00e0 des situations de trahison et \u00e0 moins te trahir toi-m\u00eame.<\/p><p>Cela te demandera aussi de renforcer des comportements qui te sont plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques, <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/les-differentes-phases-dun-changement\/\">en apprenant<\/a> \u00e0 te focaliser sur ce qui ressort de ta zone de contr\u00f4le, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire tes actions, tes r\u00e9actions, tes \u00e9motions, ce que tu dis et ce que tu laisses faire et d&rsquo;accepter de perdre le contr\u00f4le de l&rsquo;autre.<\/p><p>Il faudra aussi apprendre \u00e0 ne pas
