L&rsquo;homme aura beau te prouver son amour, tu ne seras pas convaincue.<\/li><li>Tu cherches \u00e0 montrer une image parfaite et \u00e0 cacher tes d\u00e9fauts pour \u00e9viter que ton partenaire d\u00e9couvre qui tu es vraiment, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire un \u00eatre humain avec des blessures et des faiblesses (Ps: tu es comme tout le monde).\u00a0Cette pression constante t&#8217;emp\u00eache de te connecter vraiment avec ton partenaire.<\/li><li>Par peur d&rsquo;\u00eatre rejet\u00e9e tu \u00e9vites d&rsquo;entrer en relation avec les hommes qui t&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent vraiment. Tu choisis la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li><li>Tu peux avoir l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;auto-saboter tes relations.<\/li><li>Quand ton couple vit une crise ou un conflit, tu pr\u00e9conises la strat\u00e9gie de fuite,\u00a0la solution extr\u00eame (se s\u00e9parer) ou tu rejettes l&rsquo;autre violemment, de peur qu&rsquo;il te rejette toi.<\/li><li>Tu peux avoir un conflit avec ton image de femme.<\/li><li>Tu peux rejeter ton droit d&rsquo;exister, avoir du mal \u00e0 prendre ta place et consid\u00e9rer tes propres besoins et limites. Cette blessure peut venir d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/limpact-de-ta-naissance-dans-ta-vie-amoureuse\/\">naissance difficile<\/a>, lis cet article.<\/li><li>Tu penses que tu dois te battre pour avoir une place au lieu de simplement avoir ce droit en \u00e9tant toi.<\/li><li>Si cette peur d&rsquo;\u00eatre rejet\u00e9e est forte, tu peux aussi totalement rejeter l&rsquo;amour dans ta vie.<\/li><\/ul><p>Une simple blessure peut impacter sous de nombreuses formes ta vie amoureuse.\u00a0C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape dans mes coachings est de faire un bilan pour identifier les blessures qui te bloquent en amour, notamment avec le programme s&rsquo;ouvrir \u00e0 l\u2019amour.<\/p><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
