n&rsquo;as pas vraiment besoin de quelqu&rsquo;un pour \u00eatre heureuse dans ta vie.<\/p>\n<p>Et l&rsquo;id\u00e9e du temps \u00e0 investir pour rencontrer quelqu&rsquo;un te d\u00e9courage d&rsquo;avance,\u00a0surtout que tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9 et \u00e7a n\u2019a pas donn\u00e9 grand-chose.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant l\u2019id\u00e9e te traverse l\u2019esprit que partager de bons moments avec quelqu&rsquo;un et pas toujours rentrer le soir \u00e0 la maison toute seule serait sympa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tu peux te f\u00e9liciter, tu as exactement la bonne attitude, <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/comment-bien-vivre-le-celibat\/\">tu n&rsquo;as pas attendu the one pour vivre la vie de tes r\u00eaves et te r\u00e9aliser dans ta vie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Je dis toujours qu&rsquo;un couple ce sont deux personnes ind\u00e9pendantes et heureuses dans leur vie qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de profiter de ce bonus qu&rsquo;est une relation. Et dans mon programme <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/etre-heureuse-en-couple\/\">\u00eatre heureuse en couple<\/a> j&rsquo;explique comment tu peux faire perdurer cet \u00e9quilibre sur le long terme.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reelles_motivations_ou_surprotection\"><\/span>R\u00e9elles motivations ou surprotection?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a rien de mal \u00e0 vouloir rester c\u00e9libataire, si c\u2019est ce que tu veux vraiment.<\/p>\n<p>Souvent je remarque que c\u2019est un moyen de se prot\u00e9ger et qu\u2019il est tr\u00e8s facile d\u2019\u00e9viter d\u2019affronter ce manque en se laissant happer par d\u2019autres priorit\u00e9s dans la vie<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire la diff\u00e9rence pose-toi la question comment est-ce que je vois ma vie id\u00e9ale dans 10-15 ans et est-ce que dans cette id\u00e9e je me vois partager de bons moments avec quelqu\u2019un?<\/p>\n<p>Et si tu vois dans ta vision l\u2019envie de partager ta vie avec quelqu\u2019un, il faut commencer maintenant<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_ne_sera_jamais_le_bon_moment\"><\/span>Ce ne sera jamais le bon moment<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Il y aura toujours une bonne raison de repousser ta d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cela peut \u00eatre ton travail qui absorbe toute ton attention.<\/li>\n<li>Ou encore une formation sur laquelle tu as besoin de te focaliser parce qu&rsquo;il y a des examens.<\/li>\n<li>Ou encore tes hobbies qui te prennent beaucoup de temps.<\/li>\n<li>Ou encore tes voyages, tes amis, ta vie est tellement planifi\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance que finalement une personne aura du mal entrer dans ta vie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me ce n&rsquo;est pas d&rsquo;avoir une vie remplie, le probl\u00e8me c&rsquo;est le temps que tu as d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019investir aujourd&rsquo;hui et qui te donnera les r\u00e9sultats de demain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>donc si tu investis maintenant z\u00e9ro \u00e9nergie pour une relation, il y a de fortes chances que tu restes c\u00e9libataire encore longtemps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le bon moment c&rsquo;est toi qui le d\u00e9cides.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Redonner_la_juste_place_a_ce_que_tu_recherches\"><\/span>Redonner la juste place \u00e0 ce que tu recherches<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si tu cherches un partenaire, fais en sorte de consacrer une partie de ton temps pour atteindre cet objectif (encore une fois ici, pas plus que la cerise sur le g\u00e2teau) que ce soit en faisant un <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/coachingindividuel\/\">coaching amoureux<\/a> ou en consultant des sites de rencontres ou en te cr\u00e9ant l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Tu verras que le simple fait de faire ce choix conscient te permettra de rester plus ouverte et attentive aux opportunit\u00e9s qui se pr\u00e9senteront \u00e0 toi.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Chercher_dou_vient_ce_besoin_dindependance\"><\/span>Chercher d&rsquo;o\u00f9 vient ce besoin d&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si tu ressens que tu te prot\u00e8ges de l\u2019amour ou que ton sentiment d&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance est fort, il serait bon de chercher \u00e0 comprendre pourquoi tu as peur de d\u00e9pendre \u00e9motionnellement de quelqu&rsquo;un et cela vient de ton pass\u00e9.
