m\u00e9fiante parce que tu ne veux plus souffrir?<\/p><p>Si le doute peut \u00eatre un bon conseiller, trop de m\u00e9fiance en amour peut aussi auto-saboter une relation, car tu ne lui donnes pas vraiment une chance de fonctionner.<\/p><p>Alors quel est le bon \u00e9quilibre?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e179a3 et pour comprendre d&rsquo;o\u00f9 vient ton doute, commence par lister tous les comportements et les actions de ton partenaire qui te font douter.<\/p><p>Et puis pour chaque chose qui te cr\u00e9e un doute,\u00a0demande-toi s&rsquo;il y a une raison objective de douter (par exemple il te dit qu&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/pourquoi-les-hommes-ont-peur-de-sengager\/\">il ne veut pas s&rsquo;engager<\/a>, il n&rsquo;agit pas pour ton couple) ou s\u2019il s&rsquo;agit juste d&rsquo;une peur en Et de r\u00e9pondre \u00e9galement aux m\u00eames questions pour finalement se rendre compte que ce cas de figure est autant probable que le cas de figure du doute.<\/p>\n<p>Une deuxi\u00e8me possibilit\u00e9 est de retourner la question envers toi-m\u00eame, donc dans mon exemple \u00ab\u00a0mon amour pour lui va changer avec le temps\u00a0\u00bb et de te poser les m\u00eames 4 questions pour peut-\u00eatre t\u2019aider \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser que oui, l\u2019amour \u00e9volue avec le temps et ce n\u2019est pas mal.<\/p>\n<p>Le but des questions de <a href=\"https:\/\/thework.com\/sites\/francais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Byron Katie<\/a> et de semer le doute \u00e0 ton doute et d\u2019entrevoir d\u2019autres issues possibles que celles propos\u00e9es par ton doute.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Developper_ta_capacite_a_recevoir\"><\/span>D\u00e9velopper ta capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 recevoir<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Savoir dire oui \u00e0 ce que tu veux recevoir peut \u00eatre parfois autant difficile que de dire non \u00e0 ce que tu ne veux pas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soit parce que tu n&rsquo;y crois pas<\/li>\n<li>Soit parce que tu t&rsquo;attends au moment o\u00f9 cela va changer<\/li>\n<li>Soit parce que tu penses que tu ne le m\u00e9rites pas<\/li>\n<li>Ou enfin que tu te sens redevable ou tu demandes quel va \u00eatre le prix \u00e0 payer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce cas de figure arrive souvent \u00e0 mes clientes apr\u00e8s un <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/coachingindividuel\/\">coaching<\/a> car elles se lib\u00e8rent de leurs sch\u00e9mas amoureux, changent leur mani\u00e8re de fonctionner ou d&rsquo;agir en amour et sont ensuite confront\u00e9es \u00e0 un tel retournement positif dans leur relation qu&rsquo;elles ont du mal \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 cette nouvelle qualit\u00e9 de relations.<\/p>\n<p>Apprendre \u00e0 recevoir fait partie de ton alignement avec tes souhaits et c\u2019est un muscle que tu peux d\u00e9velopper, car il faut un certain temps pour t&rsquo;habituer \u00e0 cette nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui est plus positive pour toi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Comment?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En te rappelant de tout ce que tu as fait et chang\u00e9 pour obtenir ce nouveau r\u00e9sultat.\u00a0Cela va te donner une certaine confiance, car tu as en quelque sorte le \u00ab\u00a0contr\u00f4le\u00a0\u00bb sur le r\u00e9sultat final par tes agissements.<\/li>\n<li>En te rappelant que tu re\u00e7ois, bien s\u00fbr, mais que toi aussi tu donnes \u00e0 ton partenaire et \u00e0 ta relation.<\/li>\n<li>En d\u00e9cidant de croire \u00e0 ton nouveau domaine des possibles, \u00e0 cette nouvelle norme que tu te cr\u00e9es en amour. Et cela te demande de visualiser positivement ton succ\u00e8s en amour jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 que tu sois habitu\u00e9e \u00e0 ce nouveau stade. Tu peux par exemple visualiser quotidiennement ce qui se passerait dans ta relation si l\u2019\u00e9chec \u00e9tait impossible.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai \u00e0 cet effet une m\u00e9ditation que tu peux t\u00e9l\u00e9charger gratuitement et que je te conseille de faire le matin pour visualiser ta relation positivement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-ed2ee2a elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"ed2ee2a\" data-element_type=\"section\"
