Ici la motivation, l\u2019impression de se r\u00e9aliser sont \u00e0 leur apog\u00e9e. Pour rester dans cette phase le plus longtemps possible, il est important d\u2019introduire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement du challenge et de la nouveaut\u00e9.<\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Phase_2_Deception_Automne\"><\/span>Phase 2 D\u00e9ception (Automne) :<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Vous vous rendez compte que tout n\u2019est pas aussi parfait, aussi facile que vous le pensiez. Les premi\u00e8res difficult\u00e9s pointent leur nez. Vous vous plaignez sans forc\u00e9ment commencer \u00e0 agir, cette phase peut \u00eatre forte en \u00e9motion.<\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Phase_3_Desengagement_Hiver\"><\/span>Phase 3 D\u00e9sengagement (Hiver) :<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>C\u2019est une phase de retrait, de r\u00e9flexion, de faire le point pour trouver ce qu\u2019il faut changer vraiment pour repartir, le but \u00e9tant de retrouver du sens. Dans cette phase vous avez g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement envie de vous isoler et de minimiser les contacts.<\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Phase_4_Preparation_Printemps\"><\/span>Phase 4 Pr\u00e9paration (Printemps) :<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element holistiatext\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">C\u2019est une phase d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation o\u00f9 vous explorez de nouvelles choses en harmonie avec le nouveau sens que vous avez trouv\u00e9 en phase 3. Ces quatre phases sont normales et naturelles, il peut bien s\u00fbr y avoir des allez-retours entre les phases selon le type de changement.
