En cours de route, vous remarquez que vous \u00eates au bord du burnout car vous n\u2019avez plus la capacit\u00e9 physique et mentale par manque de temps pour vous, rien faire\u2026. Votre syst\u00e8me famille va forc\u00e9ment avoir du mal \u00e0 accepter que vous souhaitez changer cette situation. \u00bb Si mettre en place le changement est dur pour vous, lisez plut\u00f4t <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/pourquoi-changer-est-si-difficile\/\">cet article<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Votre environnement ne veut pas que vous changiez, alors comment faire?<\/h2>\n<p>Voici deux pistes tir\u00e9es de mon exp\u00e9rience personnelle ou celle de mes clients:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. La m\u00e9thode douce.<\/strong> En faisant comprendre \u00e0 votre syst\u00e8me que votre probl\u00e8me est aussi leur probl\u00e8me. Si je reprends l\u2019exemple du burnout maternel, vous pouvez avoir une discussion avec votre conjoint sur votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et clairement lui dire que vous devez vous organiser autrement avant que cela empire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une situation de non-retour (repos clinique prescrit). Mettre en lumi\u00e8re les possibles cons\u00e9quences du statu quo aide \u00e0 faire bouger le syst\u00e8me vers votre changement souhait\u00e9. Pour cela il est important de mentionner les cons\u00e9quences \u00ab Si je continue ainsi, je vais faire un burnout total et ne pourrai plus m\u2019occuper des enfants \u00bb et dire exactement ce que vous souhaitez \u00ab Pour cela j\u2019ai besoin d\u2019une apr\u00e8s-midi par semaine pour moi tout seule pour remonter la pente \u00bb. Le syst\u00e8me pourra ainsi plus facilement changer car il est devenu conscient des possibles cons\u00e9quences du statu quo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. La m\u00e9thode forte en changeant et imposant son changement.<\/strong> Si je reprends le m\u00eame exemple, en arr\u00eatant simplement de se positionner en organisatrice de tout le monde, l\u00e2cher consciemment certaines t\u00e2ches et \u00ab attendre \u00bb que le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9agisse. Comment r\u00e9agira le syst\u00e8me? Au pire des cas les enfants ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/comment-arreter-de-castrer-un-homme\/\">mari<\/a> pourront commencer \u00e0 se plaindre que telle ou telle chose n\u2019est pas organis\u00e9e comme d\u2019habitude. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0 il est important <strong>de reconfirmer fermement sa nouvelle position au syst\u00e8me<\/strong> \u00ab Je vous laisse g\u00e9rer cela, je n\u2019ai d\u00e9sormais plus le temps de g\u00e9rer cette t\u00e2che \u00bb sans se justifier. Je conseille de commencer par des petites actions de repositionnement en ayant un but pr\u00e9cis. Par exemple \u00ab Si j\u2019arr\u00eate de m\u2019occuper de ces 3 t\u00e2ches, j\u2019arrive \u00e0 faire une heure de yoga par semaine qui va m\u2019aider \u00e0 me d\u00e9tendre \u00bb.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pour arriver \u00e0 imposer ce changement il est utile de se rappeler les cons\u00e9quences du statu quo \u00ab Si je continue \u00e0 ce rythme, je vais faire un vrai burnout et je ne pourrai plus m\u2019occuper de mes enfants du tout, donc c\u2019est mieux pour la famille que je me d\u00e9gage cette heure de yoga pour moi \u00bb. Bien s\u00fbr le syst\u00e8me famille va essayer pendant un certain temps de retourner \u00e0 la situation de d\u00e9part. Mais une fois qu\u2019il commence \u00e0 voir les effets positifs du changement ou que vous maintenez suffisamment longtemps votre nouvelle position, un nouvel \u00e9quilibre se formera sur la base du changement. Dans le cas de l\u2019organisatrice de famille cela veut dire que soit votre syst\u00e8me famille consid\u00e9rera le fait de vous voir plus d\u00e9tendue comme quelque chose de positif pour la famille, soit il prendra simplement l\u2019habitude que \u00ab mercredi soir maman va au yoga \u00bb. Pour r\u00e9duire ce temps de \u00ab r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage \u00bb <strong>je recommande d\u2019impl\u00e9menter le changement sous forme de routine<\/strong> (\u00ab mercredi soir yoga \u00bb) pour <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/comment-vraiment-lacher-prise-dans-son-couple\/\">\u00e9viter de n\u00e9gocier \u00e0 chaque fois <\/a>(\u00ab est-ce que je peux aller au yoga mardi soir? \u00bb).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Par exp\u00e9rience personnelle et celle de mes clients, c\u2019est souvent la combinaison des deux formes qui marche car le syst\u00e8me n\u2019a pas forc\u00e9ment de cons\u00e9quences positives issues de votre changement. Par exemple si vous \u00eates la coll\u00e8gue qui dit toujours oui et faites les t\u00e2ches des autres, en commen\u00e7ant \u00e0 dire non, vos coll\u00e8gues ne verront pas forc\u00e9ment cela comme \u00e9tant positif.
