Je suis la reine de l\u2019optimisation du temps, de l\u2019agenda minut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Normal, je suis mumpreneure comme coach de vie et fondatrice de la plateforme <a href=\"https:\/\/holistia.ch\/?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">holistia.ch<\/a>, maman d\u2019un petit gar\u00e7on de 3 ans et demi et j\u2019ai un job \u00e0 temps partiel pour assumer ma partie du budget familial. Sauf qu\u2019\u00e0 force de vouloir faire tout, je n\u2019\u00e9tais nulle part et encore moins efficace, je ne profitais pas de ma vie, quand j\u2019\u00e9tais avec mon fils j\u2019avais ma t\u00eate au travail et vice-versa.<br \/>Si ces p\u00e9riodes de sur-occupation peuvent durer un temps (enfant malade, travail important \u00e0 rendre), elles ne peuvent pas devenir une habitude, au risque d\u2019impacter durablement votre sant\u00e9 : charge mentale, intol\u00e9rances alimentaires, crises d\u2019angoisse, burnout etc\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Alors comment apprendre \u00e0 faire moins mais mieux ?<\/h2>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit bel et bien d\u2019un apprentissage, d\u2019un entrainement \u00e0 prendre une nouvelle habitude qui n\u2019est pas inn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u2019est aussi se r\u00e9habituer au vide, \u00e0 ne rien devoir faire, \u00e0 \u00eatre seule avec soi-m\u00eame.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 \u00e9liminer toutes les choses qu\u2019on aimerait faire, mais qui ne sont pas obligatoires.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 prioriser les choses qu\u2019on estime devoir faire. Voici le processus de r\u00e9flexion qui m\u2019a personnellement aid\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Se poser les questions suivantes pour chacune de ces t\u00e2ches : Est-ce que je dois vraiment la faire ? Est-ce que je dois absolument la faire maintenant ou quel serait le d\u00e9lai limite ? Quelles sont les r\u00e9elles cons\u00e9quences si je ne fais pas cette t\u00e2che ?<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ajouter ses t\u00e2ches de base c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les t\u00e2ches qui sont indispensables \u00e0 notre bien-\u00eatre : se reposer, passer du temps en famille avec des amis, faire son sport\u2026 et se reposer les m\u00eames questions qu\u2019en 1<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Prioriser ses t\u00e2ches en fonction du d\u00e9lai limite et des cons\u00e9quences<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ajouter ses heures de sommeil et trajet<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Refaire son planning de la semaine en laissant 10% de marge pour impr\u00e9vu ou simplement \u00e0 une baisse de productivit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ainsi vous aurez une vue plus r\u00e9aliste de ce que vous pouvez faire.<\/p>\n<p>Et si vous \u00eates toujours dans le rouge, vous pouvez assumer consciemment de repousser certaines t\u00e2ches dans le temps, en assumant la cons\u00e9quence de ne pas les faire ou bien en d\u00e9l\u00e9guant.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s tout la vie demande de profiter de ce que nous faisons, d\u2019appr\u00e9cier le processus en soi et pas seulement le but.<\/p>\n<p>Si le besoin de remplir votre agenda persiste, il serait int\u00e9ressant de chercher dans votre pass\u00e9 quel manque vous cherchez \u00e0 combler et le combler pour que vous puissiez \u00eatre plus sereine avec ce vide ou ne rien faire.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Et souvent cela a un lien avec l&rsquo;amour que l&rsquo;on pense m\u00e9riter.
