dangers, arr\u00eater une relation toxique, un job toxique) et moins stressant (Ressources &gt;Stress)<\/li><li>Refaire confiance en ton environnement et en ta capacit\u00e9 d\u2019influence ou \u00e0 rebondir<\/li><li>Te cr\u00e9er plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 interieure :<ul><li>R\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 ressentir tes sensations \u00e0 la hauteur de ta capacit\u00e9 actuelle<\/li><li>R\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 ressentir tes \u00e9motions inconfortables et \u00e0 y r\u00e9pondre<\/li><li>Faire confiance en ton jugement<\/li><li>Redevenir ta meilleure amie<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>R\u00e9apprendre l\u2019engagement social, sortir de l\u2019isolement \u00e0 la hauteur de ta capacit\u00e9 actuelle<\/li><\/ul><p>Physiologiquement, cela veut dire que <strong>tu as besoin de retaper ta physiologie pour redonner de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 ton syst\u00e8me, r\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 ressentir tes sensations, processer les zones fig\u00e9es qui \u00e9mergent au fur et \u00e0 mesure. Ici faire un travail sur tes traumas par le corps et sur ta physiologie sont indispensables.<\/strong>Ce m\u00e9canisme arr\u00eatera de s\u2019exprimer en dominance quand ton syst\u00e8me nerveux aura eu assez de preuves que tu peux faire face aux stress de ton environnement . L\u2019option Journ\u00e9e Pass\u00e9 que je propose dans mes accompagnements t\u2019aide \u00e0 d\u00e9programmer le sch\u00e9ma amoureux qui fait que tu utilises ce m\u00e9canisme dominant de mani\u00e8re innapropri\u00e9 et \u00e0 reprogrammer un nouveau m\u00e9canisme. Cette journ\u00e9e aide aussi souvent \u00e0 rebrancher la prise ( tu ressens \u00e0 nouveau tes sensations et cela peut \u00eatre une phase d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able au d\u00e9but). Il faudra ensuite travailler sur la reconnexion et processer le surplus \u00e9motionnel stock\u00e9.<\/p><ul><li>Quand c\u2019est ton m\u00e9canisme de r\u00e9action pour une situation donn\u00e9e<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>R\u00e9p\u00e9rer les signaux corporels du shutdown pour toi: lourdeur, vide, rel\u00e2chement musculaire.<\/li><li>Laisser ton corps aller dans le shutdown (repos) puis r\u00e9gulation du syst\u00e8me nerveux par micro-mouvements<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>R\u00e9aliser que c\u2019est comment tu per\u00e7ois la situation pas forc\u00e9ment la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de ce que tu vis<\/li><li>Si tu sais que c\u2019est un m\u00e9canisme que tu as en couple, signaler \u00e0 ton partenaire comment cela se montre chez toi et ce qui te
