L\u2019option Journ\u00e9e Pass\u00e9 que je propose dans mes accompagnements t\u2019aide \u00e0 d\u00e9programmer le sch\u00e9ma amoureux qui fait que tu utilises ce m\u00e9canisme dominant de mani\u00e8re innapropri\u00e9 et \u00e0 reprogrammer un nouveau m\u00e9canisme plus adapt en \u00e9tant align\u00e9.
