\u00e0 retrouver ses marques, \u00e0 se refaire un cercle d&rsquo;amis qui fait que reconstruire ta vie devient la priorit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 rencontrer quelqu\u2019un. Cela peut aussi poser probl\u00e8me pour la construction d&rsquo;une relation si tu rencontres une personne locale qui a sa vie sur place et que tu dois changer de pays ou rentrer dans ton pays ou m\u00eame si tu rencontres un autre expat vivant \u00e0 l\u2019autre bout de la terre que toi.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>La communaut\u00e9 d&rsquo;expatri\u00e9s qui se focalise plus sur l\u2019expansion professionnelle et cherche plus \u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s&rsquo;amuser que de s&rsquo;engager dans une relation. Et selon quand tu commences ton expatriation tu peux ressentir ce d\u00e9calage.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Certains pays d&rsquo;expatriation peuvent rendre la rencontre plus difficile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 Comme le dit Amel talk que dans sa vid\u00e9o <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/hXkxv2DtoGk?si=1Hsf_DLL_3uiqHlk\" Ce chemin peut te faire inconsciemment t&rsquo;\u00e9loigner de tes proches de ta famille car tu as moins d&rsquo;attache tu te sens moins comme faisant partie de la tribu ou tu ressens le besoin de leur prouver ta valeur en r\u00e9ussissant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;expatriation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u00a0Le sch\u00e9ma d&rsquo;abus. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(J\u2019en parle plus dans <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/164-le-schema-dabus\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019\u00e9pisode 164<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)Si tu as v\u00e9cu beaucoup d&rsquo;irrespect de tes limites de tes besoins dans ton enfance tu peux \u00e9prouver le besoin de prendre une \u201cdistance de s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u201d vis-\u00e0-vis de tes proches et l&rsquo;\u00e9loignement g\u00e9ographique est le moyen le plus s\u00fbr pour y arriver sans avoir \u00e0 te justifier. Il va aussi expliquer pourquoi tu vas \u00eatre attir\u00e9 par des postes qui demandent beaucoup, avec beaucoup d&rsquo;horaires, beaucoup de stress et de responsabilit\u00e9 et te conduisent au burn-out (je parle du burnout dans <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/79-catherine-vasey-burnout-et-charge-mentale\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l&rsquo;\u00e9pisode
