Je sais que vous aimez moins mes \u00e9pisodes non d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux probl\u00e9matiques amoureuses mais je le fais car je pense que c\u2019est mon devoir de vous en parler.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019ai de plus en plus de personnes qui commen\u00e7ent un coaching amoureux avec moi et elles sont jeunes d\u00e9but trentaine et ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 v\u00e9cu soit un burnout ou un \u00e9pisode d\u00e9pressif.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne n\u2019est pas qu\u2019au niveau de mes coach\u00e9es : Une <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameli.fr\/psychologue\/actualites\/etude-enclass-degradation-de-la-sante-mentale-des-jeunes-entre-2018-et-2022?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9tude de Sant\u00e9 publique France<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, publi\u00e9e en avril 2024, r\u00e9v\u00e8le une d\u00e9gradation de la sant\u00e9 mentale des jeunes entre 2018 et 2022. Par exemple, 14 % des coll\u00e9giens et 15 % des lyc\u00e9ens pr\u00e9sentent un risque important de d\u00e9pression.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tu ne te sens pas bien mentalement, va d\u2019abord voir ce qui se passe dans ton corps.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On est des \u00eatres chimiques avant tout.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos pens\u00e9es, nos \u00e9motions, notre humeur, tout cela est influenc\u00e9 par notre \u00e9quilibre physiologique. Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre dans notre corps peut se manifester par des troubles mentaux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et que mettre en place cette base pour ta sant\u00e9 va t\u2019aider dans la r\u00e9gulation de ton syst\u00e8me nerveux et donc dans tes amours. J\u2019en parle dans mon livre <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/livre-souvrir-a-lamour-et-si-la-solution-se-trouvait-du-cote-du-nerf-vague\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 l\u2019amour \u00e0 la page 111<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><b>Si tu es en manque d\u2019eau, de sommeil, de nutriments et pleine d\u2019inflammation dans ton corps, ton corps ne va pas sortir du mode survie parce que tu te r\u00e9gules en respirant ou si tu travailles sur ton pass\u00e9. Il sait prioriser.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est pourquoi avec cette s\u00e9rie sur la sant\u00e9 mentale j\u2019avais envie de parler des habitudes simples mais souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9es qui ont une influence \u00e9norme sur ta sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans cet \u00e9pisode 174, je vais explorer 5 habitudes essentielles qui influencent ton bien-\u00eatre psychique \u00e0 savoir : l\u2019hydratation, le mouvement, le rythme circadien, le microbiote intestinal, et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre de la glyc\u00e9mie. L\u2019eau, c\u2019est la base. Ton cerveau est compos\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de <\/span><b>80 % d\u2019eau<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, et pourtant, beaucoup d\u2019entre nous passent la journ\u00e9e en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leparisien.fr\/archives\/1-5-l-d-eau-par-jour-vraiment-16-03-2016-5630391.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sous-hydratation chronique.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dr Emilie Steinbach dans son livre Sant\u00e9 optimis\u00e9e dit qu\u2019avec l\u2019\u00e2ge on peut avoir une diminution de notre sensation de soif. Une \u00e9tude a montr\u00e9 qu\u2019une perte d\u2019eau corporelle \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 1-2 % de la masse corporelle peut entra\u00eener une r\u00e9duction significative de la performance cognitive, se traduisant par une diminution de l\u2019attention, une augmentation de la fatigue mentale et une capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite \u00e0 effectuer des t\u00e2ches intellectuelles complexes. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eauetbienetre.com\/blog\/les-avancees-recentes-sur-lhydratation-et-son-impact-sur-la-sante\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Source<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les sympt\u00f4mes d\u2019une d\u00e9shydratataion ? Bouche s\u00e8che, urine moins fr\u00e9quente et plus fonc\u00e9e, soif accrue, fatigue inexpliqu\u00e9e, irritabilit\u00e9, troubles de la m\u00e9moire\u2026 \u00c7a te parle ? <\/span><b>Bois r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avant d\u2019avoir soif et pas trop tard le soir (pour \u00e9viter de te r\u00e9veiller la nuit).<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Mets une alarme si n\u00e9cessaire, aromatise ton eau avec des herbes aromatiques comme la menthe ou du concombre, du citron, ce que tu veux, mais hydrate-toi (2 Litres par jour pour les femmes, 2.5 Litres par jour pour les hommes).\u00a0 Et de commencer la journ\u00e9e en buvant un verre d\u2019eau (j\u2019appelle \u00e7a la douche interne des organes).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mon exemple au d\u00e9but de mon processus de r\u00e9gulation je confondais souvent la faim et la soif c\u2019est parce que je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas assez connect\u00e9 avec mes sensations corporelles. Ce que le Dr Emilie Steinbach aussi recommande et qui devient indispensable pour les femmes \u00e0 partir de la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause.(Je te mets le lien de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pZX8ikmWvEU&amp;t=8649s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019interview en anglais du Dr Stacy Sims dans le Huberman Lab<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mon conseil \u00e9coute tes sensations quand tu fais du sport et apr\u00e8s le sport et adapte.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu fais en plus un exercice qui est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la r\u00e9gulation de ton syst\u00e8me nerveux car tu te focalises sur tes sensations :\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tu as l\u2019\u00e9tat dorsal en \u00e9tat dominant, faire du sport peut te paraitre une montagne ma recommandation est de commencer progressivement par exemple en faisant 15 min de marche ou de sport pas trop intense, de te cr\u00e9er un environnement o\u00f9 tu te sens bien pour le faire (avec des gens ou chez toi, si tu aimes pas sortir pour aller \u00e0 la gym j\u2019aime bien les vid\u00e9os de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@SissyMua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sissy Mua<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> car elle est rigolote et les vid\u00e9os sont courtes ) et rajoute beaucoup de plaisir. Au d\u00e9part c\u2019est normal que ce soit difficile de te mettre en mouvement ( en \u00e9tat tu as peu d\u2019\u00e9nergie et beaucoup de l\u00e9thargie). Pour observer ce qui t\u2019aide regarde aussi ton bien-\u00eatre apr\u00e8s.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tu as l\u2019\u00e9tat sympathique en \u00e9tat dominant, c\u2019est bien d\u2019\u00e9vacuer journali\u00e8rement mais sans suractiver ton \u00e9tat en recherchant trop d\u2019intensit\u00e9. Tu vois la diff\u00e9rence si \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019exercice tu ressens plus de d\u00e9tente ou si tu es dans le high comme sur un nuage, \u00e7a c\u2019est le signe que tu es dans le trop. Tu verras dans l\u2019\u00e9pisode 176 le choix de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 dans le sport (mod\u00e9r\u00e9 ou intensif) est aussi d\u00e9pendant de ton niveau de stress (taux de cortisol). Si ton taux de cortisol est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9, il vaut mieux \u00e9viter les sports intensifs (HIIT, Intervall training\u2026) et c\u2019est possible que tu aies tendance \u00e0 chercher l\u2019intensit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pense \u00e0 inclure du mouvement libre pour \u00e9couter tes impulsions, ce que ton corps \u00e0 envie de faire. Cela t\u2019aidera par la suite \u00e0 mieux comprendre ce qui peut soulager ton corps quand il est activ\u00e9.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les personnes tr\u00e8s d\u00e9connect\u00e9s qui n\u2019arrivent pas \u00e0 ressentir au calme, ressentir ses sensations pendant le sport cela peut \u00eatre une bonne premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape car comme c\u2019est plus intense c\u2019est plus facile de ressentir.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et si le sport est aussi puissant, c\u2019est parce qu\u2019il agit comme un v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrant chimique naturel : il d\u00e9clenche la lib\u00e9ration d\u2019endorphines, ces fameuses hormones du bien-\u00eatre qui apaisent et procurent une sensation de plaisir ; il augmente les niveaux de s\u00e9rotonine et de dopamine, essentiels pour r\u00e9guler l\u2019humeur, le sommeil, l\u2019app\u00e9tit et la motivation ; il r\u00e9duit le taux de cortisol, l\u2019hormone du stress, aidant ainsi \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ; et il stimule la circulation sanguine vers le cerveau, favorisant la neurogen\u00e8se, la clart\u00e9 mentale et la concentration.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personnellement le sport a chang\u00e9 ma vie:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant mes 18 ans j\u2019\u00e9tais une bille en sport \u00e0 part pour danser. La danse a \u00e9t\u00e9 ma th\u00e9rapie pendant des ann\u00e9es : \u00eatre libre de suivre mes impulsions en mouvement je pense que cela m\u2019a profond\u00e9ment reconnect\u00e9 et lib\u00e9r\u00e9. Honn\u00eatement je ne prenais pas de plaisir d\u2019une part car ma coordination \u00e9tait mauvaise (ps : Ca a un lien avec la d\u00e9r\u00e9gulation de ton syst\u00e8me nerveux), je me fais moquer (tu sais la nana qui est choisi en dernier en sport) et aussi car je n\u2019avais pas l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 partir de mes 18 ans ,j\u2019ai renou\u00e9 avec le sport : course \u00e0 pied, sport de combat et danse. Mon motto c\u2019\u00e9tait je trouve des sports qui me font plaisir ou je cr\u00e9e des circonstances qui me plaisent (tenue de sport, ce que je mange apr\u00e8s, la musique que j\u2019\u00e9coute, les beaux gosses \u00e0 regarder\u2026.)\u00a0 Avec la compr\u00e9hension j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que \u00e7a m\u2019avait aid\u00e9 \u00e0 sortir toute mon \u00e9nergie sympathique. Et j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 le yoga qui m\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 me connecter au corps dans la douceur. L\u00e0 j\u2019ai pu avoir des entrainements intensifs, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/59-icemind-la-therapie-par-le-froid-wimhof\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">douche froide<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je sentais que \u00e7a me faisait du bien.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 partir de 40 ans, j\u2019ai senti avec la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause que l\u2019intensit\u00e9 type HIIT , Intervalles n\u2019\u00e9tait plus bon pour moi, que la muscu \u00e0 intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e me fait plus de bien que les sports d\u2019endurance. Que les sports low impact que le pilates lagree me faisait plus de bien que la course \u00e0 pied \u00e0 cause de ma prise de poids.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alors bouge. Danse. Marche. \u00c9tire-toi. Entra\u00eene-toi avec conscience. Quand on le perturbe \u2013 en se couchant tard, en abusant des \u00e9crans \u2013 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnas.org\/doi\/10.1073\/pnas.2214756121\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on d\u00e9r\u00e8gle notre sant\u00e9 mentale<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La lumi\u00e8re bleue, surtout le soir, bloque la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de <\/span><b>m\u00e9latonine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, l\u2019hormone du sommeil. R\u00e9sultat ? Un sommeil moins r\u00e9parateur, un syst\u00e8me nerveux \u00e9puis\u00e9, une humeur en chute libre.
