400;\">Le sentiment amoureux ou l&rsquo;\u00e9motion d&rsquo;amour est une \u00e9motion qui ne peut exister que dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de ton syst\u00e8me nerveux (l&rsquo;\u00e9tat vagal ventral).\u00a0 Il y a donc par d\u00e9finition dans cet \u00e9tat pas d&rsquo;enjeu, pas de peurs, pas d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour nourrir ce sentiment d&rsquo;amour.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au niveau des sensations corporelles, cette \u00e9motion correspond plus \u00e0 une expansion, \u00e0 une chaleur au niveau de la poitrine, \u00e0 un ralentissement de la physiologie en termes respiratoire ou cardiaque.\u00a0 Il peut \u00eatre doux ou intense si l&rsquo;attraction envers l&rsquo;autre est forte (activation parall\u00e8le du syst\u00e8me sympathique).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le sentiment amoureux a une forme de constance, c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9visible, c&rsquo;est s\u00fbr, Cela peut aller m\u00eame jusqu&rsquo;au fait de provoquer toi-m\u00eame le chaos ou d&rsquo;auto -saboter les relations quand c&rsquo;est trop stable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le sentiment amoureux au contraire te fait quitter une relation qui ne te rend pas heureuse.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quand l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 ressenti en relation est si forte, <\/span><b>le travail de d\u00e9programmation des sch\u00e9mas amoureux par le corps <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite il s&rsquo;agit <\/span><b>d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 distinguer ce qu&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9motion d&rsquo;amour, de l&rsquo;attachement traumatique.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> C&rsquo;est un apprentissage qui prend du temps, qui demande beaucoup de r\u00e9gulation de ton syst\u00e8me nerveux pour \u00eatre dans la capacit\u00e9 de juger la situation et de syst\u00e9matiquement d\u00e9cortiquer ton jugement.\u00a0 Si je fais le parall\u00e8le avec des personnes qui ont eu des troubles du comportement alimentaire et qui ont du mal \u00e0 se voir telles qu&rsquo;elles sont car elles ont toujours un d\u00e9calage entre leur vrai poids et comment elles se voient (dysmorphie) quand on a un attachement traumatique, on ne voit aussi pas la relation telle qu&rsquo;elle est vraiment, il y aussi ce d\u00e9calage.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight:
