de travailler sur tes pens\u00e9es, sur ton ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9motionnelle, sur ta mani\u00e8re de communiquer et les r\u00e9sultats dans tes relations ne sont toujours pas l\u00e0 ?<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu as bien compris que <\/span><b>le couple est un espace de gu\u00e9rison<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que le couple r\u00e9pare et que c&rsquo;est normal que des blessures du pass\u00e9 se r\u00e9veillent du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de chacun des partenaires mais <\/span><b>tu as l&rsquo;impression que tu tombes vite en d\u00e9but de relation dans le r\u00f4le de<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la coach, de l&rsquo;infirmi\u00e8re, <\/span><b>de la sauveuse<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou de la th\u00e9rapeute?<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu entends <\/span><b>des conseils contradictoires sur les relations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et tu ne sais pas quoi faire par exemple ton match deviendra le bon partenaire dans votre interaction versus il faut avoir des crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection de son partenaire.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ou enfin <\/span><b>tu as entendu parler du d\u00e9veloppement personnel versus relationnel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et tu te demandes qu&rsquo;est-ce qui est prioritaire pour toi d&rsquo;apprendre pour que \u00e7a marche en Amour ?<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019erreur qui est faite dans tout ce qui est \u00e9nonc\u00e9 avant c&rsquo;est pour moi <\/span><b>d&rsquo;appliquer des conseils de couple sur des relations qui ne sont pas encore un vrai couple.<\/b>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&rsquo;est ce que je vais essayer ?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour la bonne et simple raison que <\/span><b>le premier crit\u00e8re pour \u00e9valuer si cette personne est un bon partenaire pour toi c&rsquo;est la r\u00e9ciprocit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;engagement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Sinon c&rsquo;est juste un bon potentiel et rien d&rsquo;autre.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00e9rifier la r\u00e9ciprocit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;engagement implique que <\/span><b>tu investis dans la relation et tu attends de voir si l&rsquo;autre investit aussi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 En te comportant comme dans un couple \u00e9tabli, tu ne comptes pas les points parce que tu cherches \u00e0 faire \u00e9quipe plut\u00f4t que chacun pour soi. Le probl\u00e8me c&rsquo;est que si tu fais \u00e7a au d\u00e9but de la relation tu t\u2019\u00f4tes l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de l&rsquo;autre.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je ne dis pas qu&rsquo;il ne faut pas se montrer compr\u00e9hensif, g\u00e9n\u00e9reux en d\u00e9but de relation mais qu&rsquo;il faut le faire proportionnellement selon votre degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;engagement l&rsquo;un envers l&rsquo;autre.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si je te fais le parall\u00e8le avec une amiti\u00e9, tu viens de rencontrer une nouvelle personne qui est devenue ton ami il y a un mois, est-ce que tu trouverais \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes ces demandes, pr\u00e9voir d\u00e9j\u00e0 des vacances ensemble des weekends ensemble, faire la majorit\u00e9 des efforts pour se voir ou se donner des nouvelles ?\u00a0 Non c\u2019est la m\u00eame chose en amour.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Merci de lire ma <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/politique-de-confidentialite\/\"> Politique de confidentialit\u00e9 <\/a> pour voir comment je traite les donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc80399 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dc80399\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_partir_de_quand_le_developpement_relationnel_prend_le_relais_du_developpement_personnel\"><\/span>\u00c0 partir de quand le d\u00e9veloppement relationnel prend le relais du d\u00e9veloppement personnel ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-442fc70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"442fc70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les deux challenges principaux, que rencontrent beaucoup de personnes qui n&rsquo;arrivent pas \u00e0 construire des relations durables, sont :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9valuer si la personne est le bon partenaire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour soi<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 oser \u00eatre soi en relation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et s&rsquo;assurer que la personne nous accepte telle qu&rsquo;on est.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces deux challenges impliquent d&rsquo;avoir <\/span><b>un Moi suffisamment fort <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et <\/span><b>d&rsquo;avoir confiance en ce que tu es en droit de recevoir, d&rsquo;\u00eatre capable d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer l&rsquo;autre objectivement, d&rsquo;\u00eatre capable d&rsquo;\u00eatre suffisamment \u201c\u00e9go\u00efste\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (tu pourrais le formuler de t&rsquo;aimer suffisamment j\u2019en parle dans l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/27-lamour-de-soi-definit-tes-standards-relationnels\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9pisode 27<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) <\/span><b>pour avoir certains standards en relation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 Ce sont pour moi des qualit\u00e9s qui se d\u00e9veloppent par le d\u00e9veloppement personnel.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Cela va m\u00eame \u201c\u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre\u201d avec le d\u00e9veloppement relationnel et la notion de faire \u00e9quipe <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et de se remettre en question au travers de l&rsquo;autre, qui sont deux des quatre crit\u00e8res essentiels pour construire une relation saine. Je parle de ces crit\u00e8res dans l&rsquo;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/133-les-green-flags\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9pisode 133 appel\u00e9 green flags<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Pour arriver \u00e0 se remettre en question de mani\u00e8re saine au sein de la relation, il faut avoir cette base individuelle solide<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sinon ce sera difficile d&rsquo;arriver \u00e0 faire la part des choses entre ce qui rel\u00e8ve de toi et ce qui rel\u00e8ve de l&rsquo;autre. Si je prends l&rsquo;exemple d&rsquo;une personne qui a tendance \u00e0 la d\u00e9pendance affective (plus dans<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/74-se-liberer-de-la-dependance-affective\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> l\u2019\u00e9pisode 74<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) elle va beaucoup plus facilement se remettre en question pour maintenir le lien donc pour elle a besoin de construire ce Moi fort d\u2019abord pour pouvoir faire cette distinction.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est ce que je constate chez beaucoup de personnes qui commencent le coaching <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/souvrir-a-lamour\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s&rsquo;ouvrir \u00e0 l&rsquo;amour<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> avec moi, c&rsquo;est que en fait elles appliquent d\u00e9j\u00e0 ses principes de d\u00e9veloppement relationnel mais elles n\u2019ont pas encore ce moi assez fort pour se consid\u00e9rer autant prioritaire ou d&rsquo;\u00e9gal \u00e0 \u00e9gal avec leur partenaire. C&rsquo;est pour \u00e7a que dans <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/68-empathie-et-engagement\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l&rsquo;\u00e9pisode 68 empathie et engagement <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">je pr\u00e9sentais l&rsquo;outil de l&rsquo;auto-empathie pour arriver \u00e0 d\u00e9cider ce qui est juste et qu&rsquo;il est pr\u00eat dans une relation.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d37da43 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d37da43\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4550e5e\" data-id=\"4550e5e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-865f677 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"865f677\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tu_as_besoin_de_depasser_certaines_blessures_pour_arriver_a_construire_une_relation\"><\/span>Tu as besoin de d\u00e9passer certaines blessures pour arriver \u00e0 construire une relation\n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a35cf04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a35cf04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Desfois m\u00eame appliquer les conseils de d\u00e9veloppement relationnel quand tu as des sch\u00e9mas toxiques en relation peut nourrir ton d\u00e9ni que la relation va mal.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tu te dis dans ces cas-l\u00e0 c&rsquo;est normal d&rsquo;avoir des crises des disputes, 69 % des probl\u00e8mes de couple sont insolubles (et je le dis aussi) qu&rsquo;on devient le bon partenaire\u2026\u00a0 tu utilises ces conseils contre toi et entretiens ton sch\u00e9ma.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour moi il<\/span><b> y a un minimum de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de conditions \u00e0 avoir pour pouvoir construire une relation saine et exp\u00e9rimenter la gu\u00e9rison au travers du lien.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici des cas de figures o\u00f9 pour moi cela vaut la peine de faire ce travail en amont avant m\u00eame d\u2019\u00eatre en relation :<\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>Si tes sch\u00e9mas amoureux vont faire que tu es attir\u00e9e par des personnes qui sont indisponibles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et donc que tu ne vas pas arriver \u00e0 rencontrer une personne o\u00f9 il y a ce minimum pour construire. J\u2019en parle dans <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/45-pourquoi-je-tombe-amoureuse-dhommes-indisponibles\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019\u00e9pisode 45<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Si tu as le sch\u00e9ma de l&rsquo;abus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o\u00f9 tu as tendance \u00e0 accepter l\u2019irrespect, des situations qui sont tellement \u00e0 l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9 des relations saines, faire ce travail en amont va \u00eatre plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour toi que d\u2019essayer de d\u00e9passer ce sch\u00e9ma dans une relation dysfonctionnelle.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Si tu as le sentiment que c&rsquo;est toi souvent qui rend la relation dysfonctionnelle <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">qui est en quelque sorte le Red Flag. J\u2019en parle dans<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/93-et-si-cetait-toi-le-red-flag\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> l\u2019\u00e9pisode 133<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Si tu as des sch\u00e9mas qui font que l&rsquo;amour reste \u00e0 distance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> typiquement si tu as du c\u00e9libat de longue dur\u00e9e c&rsquo;est souvent qu&rsquo;il y a un sch\u00e9ma derri\u00e8re qui fait que l&rsquo;amour reste \u00e0 distance, cela peut \u00eatre le sch\u00e9ma d&rsquo;\u00eatre ind\u00e9sir\u00e9e ou de ne pas avoir ta place par exemple. Je parle du c\u00e9libat de longue dur\u00e9e dans<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/99-sortir-du-celibat-de-longue-duree\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> l&rsquo;\u00e9pisode 99<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quand ces sch\u00e9mas si sont ancr\u00e9s et que m\u00eame avec ta volont\u00e9 en
