Ton ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 se r\u00e9active quand tu per\u00e7ois quelque chose de similaire \u00e0 ce qui est log\u00e9 dans ta m\u00e9moire implicite, ce que j\u2019appelle la base de donn\u00e9es de survie.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explication 2 <\/span><b>\u00a0Il n&rsquo;y a pas que des exp\u00e9riences relationnelles qui sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de ton ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019autres exp\u00e9riences comme une naissance difficile, un accident, le d\u00e9c\u00e8s d\u2019une personne proches, des interventions m\u00e9dicales \u00e9prouvantes, un stress prolong\u00e9 (physique ou psychique) peuvent aussi impacter ta vie amoureuse.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu peux \u00e0 cet effet \u00e9couter <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/37-limpact-de-ta-naissance-sur-ta-vie-amoureuse\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019\u00e9pisode 37 sur l\u2019impact de ta naissance dans tes amours<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/38-limpact-de-ta-vision-de-la-mort-sur-ta-vie-amoureuse\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019\u00e9pisode 38 sur l\u2019impact de ta vision de la mort dans tes amours<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explication 3\u00a0 <\/span><b>R\u00e9alit\u00e9 versus perception<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ta r\u00e9action \u00e9motionnelle d\u00e9pend de ta perception de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Donc tu as pu \u00eatre marqu\u00e9 par certains \u00e9v\u00e9nements avec tes yeux d\u2019enfants alors pour un adulte cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement ne parait pas aussi grave. Un enfant n\u2019a pas un cerveau rationnel mature (il atteint un premier stade vers 5 ans et ce processus se finit vers l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte) pour arriver \u00e0 prendre du recul par rapport \u00e0 ce qui se passe, ce qui explique qu\u2019avec tes yeux d\u2019adulte tu peux estimer avoir eu une enfance heureuse et tout de m\u00eame avoir des sch\u00e9mas amoureux qui impactent n\u00e9gativement ta vie amoureuse.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explication 4 <\/span><b>Toutes les fois o\u00f9 on a ni\u00e9 ton ressenti<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu as, par exemple, plus de chance qu\u2019un sch\u00e9ma amoureux se cr\u00e9e si dans l\u2019enfance on a souvent ni\u00e9 tes \u00e9motions quand tu les avais (\u00ab arr\u00eate de pleurer \u00bb, \u00ab mais non tu n\u2019as pas mal \u00bb, \u00ab arr\u00eate de faire le b\u00e9b\u00e9 ce n\u2019est pas si grave \u00bb) que si tu as v\u00e9cu beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements qui t\u2019ont challeng\u00e9 \u00e9motionnellement mais que tu as ressenti que tes parents accueillaient tes \u00e9motions et \u00e9taient l\u00e0 pour toi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explication 5 <\/span><b>\u00a0Intention des parents versus leurs \u00e9tats du syst\u00e8me nerveux<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu peux avoir eu des parents les mieux intentionn\u00e9s du monde qui ont essay\u00e9 de dire et de faire au mieux pour toi mais ce que tu enregistres et que tu tiens pour vrai c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de leur syst\u00e8me nerveux et pas ce qu&rsquo;ils t&rsquo;ont dit.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donc par exemple si tu avais une maman d\u00e9pressive qui te disait qu&rsquo;elle est que tu peux compter sur elle qu&rsquo;elle est solide et l\u00e0 pour toi ce que tu as per\u00e7u c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de son syst\u00e8me nerveux peut-\u00eatre un \u00e9tat dorsal de fatigue de d\u00e9sespoir et donc que en vrai elle ne pouvait pas \u00eatre l\u00e0 pour toi.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section prendre ce que te dit ton corps au s\u00e9rieux et de ne pas remettre en cause son ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 mais plut\u00f4t de l&rsquo;aider \u00e0 se lib\u00e9rer de ce qui cr\u00e9e son ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 le soutenir dans les moments o\u00f9 il vit de l&rsquo;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 qu&rsquo;il retrouve une fen\u00eatre de tol\u00e9rance plus grande.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et pour faire \u00e7a tu n&rsquo;as m\u00eame pas besoin de te souvenir de tout ton pass\u00e9 de comprendre ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9
