Je ne vais pas les d\u00e9tailler ici tu peux en apprendre plus sur la th\u00e9orie poly-vagale dans l\u2019 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/57-la-theorie-poly-vagale-ou-l-influence-du-nerf-vagal-dans-ta-connection-aux-autres\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9pisode 57 sur la th\u00e9orie poly-vagale<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et sur ces 3 \u00e9tats dans l\u2019\u00e9pisode 56 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/56-le-corps-n-oublie-rien-change-t-on-par-le-corps-ou-l-esprit\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">changes t-on par le corps ou l\u2019esprit\u00a0?<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><b>Un syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome r\u00e9gul\u00e9 arrive facilement \u00e0 passer par les 3 \u00e9tats du syst\u00e8me nerveux pour faire face aux stress de la vie puis \u00e0 retourner naturellement dans l\u2019\u00e9tat vagal ventral<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (frein vagal). L\u2019\u00e9tat vagal ventral n\u2019est pas un refuge permanent, l\u2019id\u00e9e est d\u2019y retourner suffisamment souvent pour que le corps se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re et puisse faire face aux prochains stress.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce m\u00e9canisme de survie est utile et sain quand il y a un vrai danger. Qui aurait envie de prendre le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir comment agir au mieux si un ours fon\u00e7ait sur toi?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Donc avoir un syst\u00e8me nerveux r\u00e9gul\u00e9 ne veut pas dire\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00catre toujours sereine<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jamais \u00eatre activ\u00e9e<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jamais \u00eatre fig\u00e9e<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un syst\u00e8me nerveux r\u00e9gul\u00e9 te permet\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" syst\u00e8me nerveux se d\u00e9r\u00e9gule si tu as v\u00e9cu des exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es qui ont submerg\u00e9 ton syst\u00e8me nerveux.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tu as peut \u00eatre entendu le mot trauma, les traumas au sens du syst\u00e8me nerveux ce sont toutes les exp\u00e9riences qui ont submerg\u00e9s ton syst\u00e8me nerveux parce que<\/span><b> c\u2019\u00e9tait trop, trop t\u00f4t, trop vite, trop fort et trop longtemps.<\/b>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a 3 causes qui peuvent d\u00e9r\u00e9guler ton syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome<\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un <\/span><b>stress chronique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (physiologique ou psychique) de plus de 6 mois<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Chocs traumatiques<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> type mort, guerre, accident, abus, n\u00e9gligence, naissance, SSPT (PTSD)<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Traumas d\u00e9veloppementaux<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Complex PTSD) qui s\u2019est constitu\u00e9 au travers de l\u2019attachement\/de tes exp\u00e9riences relationnelles.\u00a0 Dans la formation que j\u2019ai faite en stress traumatique de Bessel Van der Kolk leur d\u00e9finition est la suivante :Le trauma d\u00e9veloppemental c\u2019est l\u2019exposition \u00e0 (1) des exp\u00e9riences interpersonnelles qui impliquent souvent un pr\u00e9judice relationnel ou une trahison, (2) qui sont r\u00e9p\u00e9titives ou prolong\u00e9es, (3) qui impliquent des abus, des n\u00e9gligences ou des abandons de la part des figures d\u2019attachements, (4) qui se produisent \u00e0 des moments de d\u00e9veloppement vuln\u00e9rables dans la vie de l&rsquo;individu, et (5) qui ont un impact et compromettent le d\u00e9veloppement physique et psychologique de l&rsquo;individu. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir accompagn\u00e9 plus 450 personnes j\u2019ai une vue plus nuanc\u00e9e car cela d\u00e9pend de la perception de l\u2019enfant en fonction de ces autres exp\u00e9riences de vie, je dirai qu\u2019\u00e0 notre \u00e9chelle nous avons tous des traumas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color: #eeeeee;\">\u2764\ufe0f style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le syst\u00e8me nerveux peut se d\u00e9r\u00e9guler de 3 fa\u00e7ons\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Tu peux avoir un \u00e9tat par d\u00e9faut<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Le r\u00e9flexe vagal) qui est un \u00e9tat d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 ( vagal dorsal ou sympathique). Il y a souvent 2 causes possibles\u00a0:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Un enfant \u00e0 sa naissance h\u00e9rite via la co-r\u00e9gulation de l\u2019\u00e9tat du syst\u00e8me nerveux de ses figures d\u2019attachement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (parents on appelle cela le primal wire) .\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Tu peux aussi vivre des traumas suffisamment importants qui peuvent modifier son \u00e9tat par d\u00e9faut<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0: une naissance traumatique, des chocs traumatiques comme l\u2019exposition \u00e0 la mort, la guerre, un accident, de l\u2019abus, de la n\u00e9gligence. Ainsi, m\u00eame si la menace a disparue, le corps per\u00e7oit toujours le danger et ses d\u00e9fenses restent engag\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Tu peux te sentir plus rapidement en ins\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> car tes exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es t\u2019ont fait enregistr\u00e9es dans ta base de donn\u00e9es de survie des perceptions qui te mettent plus facilement en ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 (activation plus rapide du frein vagal\/faible marge de tol\u00e9rance). Si l\u2019enfant a v\u00e9cu beaucoup de stress \u00e9motionnels dans son enfance, il peut avoir une marge de tol\u00e9rance plus petite et r\u00e9agir tr\u00e8s vite aux moindres changements de son environnement.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Tu peux avoir du mal \u00e0 revenir \u00e0 un \u00e9tat o\u00f9 tu te sens en s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (manque de tonus vagal). Se r\u00e9guler en temps r\u00e9el,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pratiquer d\u2019abord les techniques de r\u00e9gulation dans des situations peu ou pas stressantes puis augmenter la pratique \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux de stress va aider \u00e0 augmenter la capacit\u00e9 de ton syst\u00e8me nerveux\/ augmenter ta marge de tol\u00e9rance.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>D\u00e9programmer c\u2019est faire un travail sur son pass\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (enlever certaines balles de la piscine) si tu penses que tu as des traumas et les remplacer consciemment par des ressources (les nouvelles balles de la piscine). Cette derni\u00e8re partie se fait avec un th\u00e9rapeute et tu travailles sp\u00e9cifiquement sur tes traumas. Il y a plusieurs m\u00e9thodes qui font ce travail l\u2019EMDR, le neurofeedback, le somatic experiencing et l\u2019approche psycho-corporelle que je pratique.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donc en r\u00e9sum\u00e9 r\u00e9guler c\u2019est tout cela mais d\u00e9programmer\/ faire un travail sur tes traumas c\u2019est une chose que tu fais en \u00e9tant accompagn\u00e9 par un th\u00e9rapeute.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autrement dit tu peux te r\u00e9guler en ressentant tes sensations dans le corps, en t\u2019orientant en te baladant, en faisant du yoga, en faisant un c\u00e2lin avec quelqu\u2019un, en faisant du breathwork cela ne veut pas dire que tu fais un travail sur tes traumas ou que tu d\u00e9programmes tes sch\u00e9mas amoureux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je te donne aussi ma mani\u00e8re de l\u2019expliquer avec la baignoire \u00e9motionnelle, regarde l\u2019exemple qui te parle le plus\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Tu as le robinet de ta baignoire ce sont tes exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui ont d\u00e9r\u00e9gul\u00e9es ton syst\u00e8me nerveux et qui font que tu as l\u2019impression de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter certains sch\u00e9mas dans ta vie (principalement en amour ou en relations). Pour stopper l\u2019influence du pass\u00e9 cela te demande d\u2019arr\u00eater le robinet qui coule c\u2019est \u00e0 dire d\u00e9programmer l\u2019empreinte des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de ton pass\u00e9 sur ton syst\u00e8me nerveux. C\u2019est ce que tu fais le programme <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/souvrir-a-lamour\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 l\u2019amour<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lors de la journ\u00e9e Pass\u00e9 car cela te demande de faire un bilan de ton pass\u00e9 et des s\u00e9ances de d\u00e9programmation psycho-corporel en individuel en pr\u00e9sentiel.\u00a0 Ce qui est pour moi unique dans l\u2019approche que je pratique c\u2019est que tu d\u00e9programmes sp\u00e9cifiquement la cause \u00e0 effet c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que dans telle situation tu r\u00e9agisses de telle mani\u00e8re.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La premi\u00e8re fois que tu fermes ce robinet de ta baignoire <\/span><b>tu as encore un certain niveau d\u2019eau dans ta baignoire et selon l\u2019accumulation d\u2019exp\u00e9rience de vies qui ont d\u00e9r\u00e9gul\u00e9 ton syst\u00e8me nerveux ton stockage peut \u00eatre plus ou moins important<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00c0 cet effet il existe le breathwork (j\u2019en parle dans <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/21-brian-kelly-self-healing-with-breathwork\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019\u00e9pisode 21<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) qui te permet de vider le stockage restant et aussi le massage de lib\u00e9ration \u00e9motionnelle que l\u2019on fait \u00e9galement lors de la journ\u00e9e Pass\u00e9 lors du programme S\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 l\u2019Amour.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu peux ensuite <\/span><b>g\u00e9rer le niveau d\u2019eau de ta baignoire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> via le trou de ta baignoire. C\u2019est ce que tu apprends dans le programme <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/je-maime\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je m\u2019aime.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pour cela tu as plusieurs mani\u00e8res de le faire, je vais les survoler ici et les d\u00e9tailler plus <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dans l\u2019\u00e9pisode 122<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(met le lien)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rep\u00e9rer ce qui te d\u00e9r\u00e9gule et te r\u00e9guler \u00e0 chaque fois que tu es en activation pour \u00e9viter de re-remplir ta baignoire. Dans Je m\u2019aime tu apprends vraiment cette base essentielle et te cr\u00e9e ta trousse de ressources.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gagner en capacit\u00e9 pour augmenter ton degr\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 ce qui te d\u00e9r\u00e9gule en commen\u00e7ant \u00e0 pratiquer quand \u00e7a va puis en augmentant le degr\u00e9 de difficult\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reprendre ton pouvoir face \u00e0 ton environnement\/en interaction avec les autres. Est-ce que c\u2019est vrai que r\u00e9guler son syst\u00e8me nerveux prends du temps ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-494c350d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"494c350d\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-34cd103b\" data-id=\"34cd103b\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e49b42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4e49b42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Si tu \u00e9coutes les propos de Stephen Porges, Deb Dana, Peter Levine (Somatic Experiencing), Bessel Van der Kolk, ils s\u2019accordent tous pour dire que r\u00e9guler ton syst\u00e8me nerveux, faire un travail sur ses traumas cela prend du temps, qu\u2019il faut y aller doucement pour ne pas submerger ton syst\u00e8me nerveux.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je suis tout \u00e0 fait d\u2019accord avec eux qu\u2019apprendre \u00e0 connaitre et auto-r\u00e9guler ton syst\u00e8me cela te demande du temps car tu dois comprendre et identifier les sensations de ton corps, tester et identifier ce qui te d\u00e9r\u00e9gule et te r\u00e9gule, cela prend du temps.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je suis aussi d\u2019accord qu\u2019apprendre \u00e0 reprendre ton pouvoir (quand tu as eu des traumas tu te sens souvent impuissant face) cela prend aussi du temps.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais <\/span><b>c\u2019est aussi une grosse contradiction avec ce que je vois dans mon programme S\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 l\u2019amour lors des journ\u00e9es Pass\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o\u00f9 je vois les personnes qui changent d\u2019attitude et transforment leurs vies drastiquement en quelques mois apr\u00e8s ce travail de d\u00e9programmation et leurs mises en pratiques. Je te laisse \u00e9couter les \u00e9pisodes love story du podcast pour \u00e9couter le ressenti des gens. Je ne dis pas que cela marche aussi vite pour tout le monde\u00a0: cela prend en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral plus de temps pour les personnes qui ont v\u00e9cu de gros traumas type abus ou les personnes qui ont plus de d\u00e9connexion ou qui ont du mal \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019action. Je n\u2019ai pas non plus accompagn\u00e9 des personnes avec des traumas grands T type guerre ou PTSD ou violence donc c\u2019est aussi \u00e0 mon avis un niveau diff\u00e9rent. Et je ne dis pas cela pour que vous veniez en masse acheter mon programme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est aussi une contradiction avec ma transformation personnelle. Sur l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019ACE Study qui parlent des exp\u00e9riences traumatiques de l\u2019enfance, j\u2019ai un score de 6\/10 ce qui est un score assez \u00e9lev\u00e9 et pour moi d\u00e9programmer mes sch\u00e9mas a transform\u00e9 ma vie assez rapidement.
