C\u2019est ensuite \u00e0 toi de voir si c\u2019est un trait de caract\u00e8re que tu arrives \u00e0 accepter et si oui jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quel point.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu te rends compte que <\/span><b>cette personne prend des d\u00e9cisions dans sa vie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tu peux te demander d\u2019abord si\/quels comportements venant de toi ont pu provoquer son ind\u00e9cision\u00a0: est-ce que tu as manqu\u00e9 de clart\u00e9 sur tes propres intentions, est-ce que tu l\u2019\u00e9touffes ( \u00e9coute <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/74-se-liberer-de-la-dependance-affective\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019EP 74 sur la d\u00e9pendance affective<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) est-ce que tu reconnais ce que l\u2019autre fait pour la relation, est-ce que tu es dans le reproche ( je t\u2019invite \u00e0 \u00e9couter <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/82-communication-dans-le-couple-est-ce-un-probleme-de-fond-ou-de-forme\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019EP 82 pour plus de conseils sur la communication<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/7-cultives-tu-lamour-ou-la-peur-dans-ton-couple\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019EP7 pour savoir si tu cultives plus la peur ou l\u2019amour dans ton couple\u00a0?<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ). N\u2019oublie pas qu\u2019une relation est un syst\u00e8me et que tes actions influencent les r\u00e9actions de l\u2019autre. Fais les corrections dans tes comportements qui te semblent n\u00e9cessaires et clarifie avec l\u2019autre les raisons de son class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>L\u2019erreur que je constate souvent aupr\u00e8s des personnes que j\u2019accompagne c\u2019est de montrer une \u00ab\u00a0version all\u00e9g\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb de soi face aux personnes ind\u00e9cises pour motiver l\u2019autre \u00e0 se d\u00e9cider pour toi\u00a0:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ne pas trop en demander, \u00eatre patiente, se montrer cool et spontan\u00e9e alors que tu aimes planifier, laisser du temps pour l\u2019autre de se d\u00e9cider\u2026<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je ne veux pas dire par l\u00e0 de juste te consid\u00e9rer dans la relation mais <\/span><b>d\u2019autant te consid\u00e9rer que l\u2019autre dans l\u2019\u00e9quation de la relation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ( tu peux \u00e9couter <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/84-le-compte-bancaire-emotionnel\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019\u00e9pisode 84 sur le compte bancaire \u00e9motionnel \u00e0 ce sujet<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) et d\u2019\u00eatre autant empathique envers l\u2019autre qu\u2019envers toi (j\u2019en parle plus dans <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/68-empathie-et-engagement\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019\u00e9pisode 68<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En montrant une version all\u00e9g\u00e9e de toi tu vas rendre la d\u00e9cision encore plus difficile pour l\u2019autre et pour toi car tu\/lui ne pourra pas vraiment v\u00e9rifier votre compatibilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3e7f26 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donner plus de temps \u00e0 l\u2019autre pour se d\u00e9cider ne va pas l\u2019aider \u00e0 se d\u00e9cider au contraire parce que tu enl\u00e8ves les cons\u00e9quences de sa non-d\u00e9cision.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ici je ne dis pas qu\u2019il faut mettre une pression inutile \u00e0 l\u2019autre mais <\/span><b>de respecter ton timing et ta limite avec la m\u00eame priorit\u00e9.<\/b><\/p><p><b>Il y a une raison plus profonde si tu rencontres des gens ind\u00e9cis<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Ce sont tes sch\u00e9mas amoureux. Suivant les exp\u00e9riences du pass\u00e9 que tu as v\u00e9cu et qui ont form\u00e9 ta vision inconsciente de ce qu\u2019est l\u2019amour, tu vas \u00eatre attir\u00e9e par des personnes qui te font revivre cette blessure et qui seront une opportunit\u00e9 pour toi de la d\u00e9passer\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quelqu\u2019un qui a la blessure de la trahison a souvent de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 agir en alignement avec ses besoins et ses limites (tu peux \u00e9couter <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/5-pourquoi-tu-nobtiens-pas-ce-que-tu-veux-en-amour\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019EP 5<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><a sujet) ce qui potentiellement veut dire que <\/span><b>cette personne va laisser faire les personnes ind\u00e9cises la laisser dans cette attente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quelqu\u2019un qui a lui-m\u00eame le sch\u00e9ma de l\u2019ind\u00e9cision parce que par exemple dans son pass\u00e9 il a fait de mauvaises exp\u00e9riences avec le fait de d\u00e9cider (cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives, regret\u2026) <\/span><b>aura du mal \u00e0 demander \u00e0 son
