Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas un choc conscient pour toi mais ton syst\u00e8me de survie l\u2019a enregistr\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant un choc. Une mani\u00e8re de le faire est d\u2019\u00e9valuer la relation dans son ensemble et pas que le positif. Tu peux mettre en pratique la m\u00e9thode hara kiri qui consiste \u00e0 te rappeler pourquoi la relation s\u2019est arr\u00eat\u00e9e c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire en te rappelant tous les aspects qui n\u2019allaient pas.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3e7f26 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b3e7f26\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_relations_choc_negatives\"><\/span>Les relations choc n\u00e9gatives\n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-63fd0d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"63fd0d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tu as <\/span><b>une relation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 marquante\u00a0dans le sens n\u00e9gatif c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qui t\u2019a fait douter de tes capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 aimer ou \u00e0 \u00eatre aim\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0et que suite \u00e0 cette relation tu as encha\u00een\u00e9 des \u00e9checs amoureux\u00a0cela veut souvent dire que cette relation a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 une nouvelle croyance n\u00e9gative sur l&rsquo;amour. Dans le cas d\u2019un choc je pars de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement pour intuitivement trouver quel sch\u00e9ma cela a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 en toi.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sortir ton corps de cet \u00e9tat de choc. Ton syst\u00e8me nerveux a tendance \u00e0 emmagasiner plus fortement les situations chocs notamment au niveau de l\u2019estomac et du diaphragme. Le deuxi\u00e8me massage que je fais lors de la journ\u00e9e Pass\u00e9 aide \u00e0 faire cela.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce qui est incroyable c\u2019est que presque \u00e0 chaque fois que l\u2019on travaille sur une relation choc l\u2019ex refait surface quelques jours apr\u00e8s (pas forc\u00e9ment dans le but de se remettre) la preuve qu\u2019une lib\u00e9ration est en train de se faire.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toutes ces \u00e9tapes sont incluses dans mon programme s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0
