While working with the reptilian brain to change love patterns, I find it interesting to observe the different reaction mechanisms that reflect in each individual without necessarily following a logic:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some people are still in denial<\/li>\n<li>Others are prone to anxiety attacks&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Others manage to see the positive in spite of the situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each individual acts so differently because each person had a personal yet different experience of insecurity as a child and the reptilian brain has preserved this pattern of reaction. Before the lockdown did you get into the habit of taking care of outdoor activities in order to avoid dealing with what&#8217;s going on in the inside? Exploring your inner life to get to know yourself better is the first step to interconnecting. Without a true connection to yourself it is difficult to connect with others.<\/p>\n<h1><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Interconnection_With_Others\"><\/span>Interconnection With Others<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Whether you are alone or in a relationship, whether you are in love or in a friendship, this quarantine forces you to take stock of your interconnection with others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To remind you how important a relationship is or isn&#8217;t to you&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>To show you what works and what doesn&#8217;t work in your relationship&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>To see who misses you or not<\/li>\n<li>To realize who are the people you really care about<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This somewhat forced assessment can be a great opportunity to review your relationship priorities and invest the time and attention necessary to rectify the situation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you&#8217;re single you may realise that being in a relationship is more important than your job, more important than anything else. Do you invest enough time in your search for a partner?<\/li>\n<li>If the lockdown brings out some conflicts or strong disagreements in your relationship, do you avoid communication or do you try understanding what is behind this crisis so that you and your partner consider the first solutions?<\/li>\n<li>If some friendships are more rewarding than others, invest your time with these friends.
