It&#8217;s an entire module of the <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/en\/opening-up-to-love\/\">Opening up to love<\/a> program, because there are often contradictions, unrealistic expectations, too many criteria or, on the contrary, not enough, and it&#8217;s worth doing some cleaning up In <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/en\/opening-up-to-love\/\">Opening up to love<\/a>, participants use the dating journal tool specifically to check this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>You haven&#8217;t checked whether you have a good relational dynamic<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I go into this dynamic in detail in the previous episode, <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/130-bien-gerer-les-debuts-dune-relation\/\">130, Handling the Early Stages of a Relationship Well.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>If you&#8217;ve built a dynamic that isn&#8217;t healthy, whether from a lack of skills or because of the love patterns you keep repeating<\/strong>, you may feel like this relationship is like a rollercoaster, with wonderful moments and moments where you hurt each other.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In that case, doubt is also healthy, and it calls on you to <strong>revisit your dynamic.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4f61f46 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4f61f46\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-47afc96\" data-id=\"47afc96\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0fb1a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d0fb1a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Too_Much_Choice_Kills_the_Choice\"><\/span>Too Much Choice Kills the Choice<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3475fec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3475fec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dating apps are great opportunities to meet someone (listen to <a href=\"https:\/\/sandykaufmann.ch\/fr\/23-mes-conseils-pour-rencontrer-quelquun-sur-internet\/\">episode 23, How to Meet Someone Online<\/a>), but the sheer number of profiles can give you the illusion that there&#8217;s always someone better out there. A good match is someone secure, who attracts you, AND who shares the same life plan as you AND your essential values. It&#8217;s someone who invests and shows their interest through reciprocity. It&#8217;s someone who accepts you as you are without trying to change you. It&#8217;s not someone who will never press on your wounds. The space of a couple is by definition a place to heal your attachment wounds. In short, a good match is someone with whom you share a good common foundation and whom you can accept without wanting to change them. BUT it&#8217;s also through the experience of life as a couple that a GOOD relationship gets built, and that you become GOOD partners for each other.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c8be0e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2c8be0e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Your_Own_Fears_and_Insecurities_Come_Up_and_Create_This_Indecision\"><\/span>Your Own Fears and Insecurities Come Up and Create This Indecision<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38e6414 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38e6414\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In my experience, this pattern of indecision has several causes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If, in your childhood, you had the feeling that your boundaries weren&#8217;t respected, or on the contrary that you were always asked to go beyond your limits, <strong>you may find it hard to know what&#8217;s good or bad for you, and so you stay stuck in indecision.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indecision can be <strong>a protection mechanism to spare you the pain linked to intimacy<\/strong>.
