need to wait to recover, to let time do its work in order to be able to turn the page.<\/span>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I believe, on the contrary, that this is the best moment to be active for your wellbeing and build the healthy foundations of your future relationship:<\/span>\n<ul><li>Welcoming your emotions by regulating your nervous system is active work<\/li><li>Working on your love patterns is also active work<\/li><li>Learning the behaviours that were difficult to put in place in your previous relationship requires practice and time<\/li><\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am not telling you to get back into dating if you don&#8217;t feel ready \u2014 but to address all the subjects that made this breakup hard for you.<\/span>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is these actions that will restore your confidence in yourself, confidence in the fact that your next relationships will be different from this one \u2014 and naturally the desire to meet someone and get back into dating will return.<\/span>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have the right to help yourself feel
